My Seacons finally showed up yesterday and I opened them up today... had a bit of a play with the leftover pieces. I honestly can't figure out if this is a Seawing / Kraken based combiner gun, or an unused ship design from Babylon 5 :)

Now that we’re getting God Neptune set which would be more affordable, single set or individual figures?

it depends on what you find, when you search, and what you manage to negotiate with the sellers?

I would definitely buy the set of 5 God Neptune figures from Hasbro Pulse. Once they hit Ebay the price will skyrocket; I've seen the individual figures double or triple in price.

I finally found a configuration I like with the ideal Prime Masters, an Abominus HFG and Perfect Effect parts. Overbite was an arm but the purple detracted from the rest of our finned creatures. The mega-squirt gun rocks!

My only complaint about this sea monster, his hip joints are so floppy. Luckily there is so much weight pushing down on them they hold the pictured pose perfectly.

Picked these up from Amazon ($9) for the bottoms of Phiranacon's feet. They help IMMENSELY with keeping him stable on the shelf in somewhat of a pose. Now he doesn't have to be wedged in the corner and can stand by himself.

Looks better with Perfect Effect Abominus feet and hands. I beefed up the shoulders by removing the toes from the Hasbro feet and pegged them into the back cannons.

Doom is coming from the depths of the ocean . . .

Much appreciated! I knew it was possible, just needed all the pieces to confirm it. Mine is still holding strong with no issues since that post.

I had to wait for my third set to enact this... quite happy :)

After 30 years of wait... Ginrai will get what he deserves, pesky impostor.

    wow i didn't realize today i solve a puzzle

it all started coz i'm a bit sad that King Poseidon cannot hold his arm with Overbite attach as TargetMaster. so i want to create a stable platform just like the G1 oldtoys.

turn out it can be done using various weapon left over. it all seems perfectly size with all the peg and hole fit. Coincidence? maybe

Overbite Targetmaster with super long rifle magnificent
    IMG_20200823_230106.jpg

but that pose need my orange water bottle. i need that bottle. so i try to create the structure that can act as targetmaster platform in G1 toy. well behold. it can be done. and the parts line perfectly with all the peg and hole sync fine.

    IMG_20200823_234422.jpg

additional 360 degree photo. the left and right side is not symmetrical. so i just try to patch everything. but oddly enough everything connected and support each other to become solid

Every combiner team always has one member which stands out.
    Especially Sashimi Gestalts.

Good lord; no wonder the Seacons sold out so quick! *shakefist*

Okay, I'm over it now. :D

They arrived yesterday, and that pretty took up my day, combined with the "Watching football" and "Dog related activities" that usually take place on Sunday.

I decided today to see if I could find a configuration that would result in *no* leftover accessories. Difficulty: Store each limb's weapons with them, not plugged into someone else. Obviously, I wanted to make sure stability wasn't impacted, because my King Poseidon is very, very stable standing upright... at least until I attach his arms. :/ Here's what I came up with, for now:

I think KP turned out very well this way... though I do wish I could find a more inconspicuous place for Gulf's combiner hand on him, but this will do. :D

Kraken's gun, Turtler's gun and the fifth hand can be combined in a stand for the arm holding the targetmaster seacon.

Wow, that's great! Kinda miss Turtler's gun being a gun barrel for the Targetmaster, so I'll probably be witching it out a lot. Lobclaw's gun works instead of Kraken's, and is all black to match the other three "stand pieces". :D

Found a different mount for Gulf's tail-gun - just flip the little cover on the combination port where you'd normally attach Prime Armor to Blot's/Gulf's/Rippersnapper's chest.

Begging your pardon, but the first post of this review contains some misinformation. While the Hun-Gurrr mold shares a lot of engineering with the Silverbolt mold (due to a shared designer), it is a wholly new mold.
