I think the only reason I found the later waves of Retaliation was because I somehow ended up at a TRU that had just restocked on a Saturday. Hunting those later waves and that line in general actually, wasn’t as fun due to the delay.
Classified figures of all of those PVC statues would sell like crazy. The nostalgia that hit me when I saw those in person was awesome! I would easily buy two of each.
I don’t get it and it’s part of the reason I’ve never been super invested as adult collector. I don’t get the anti military stuff either. Soldiers in space, sentient robot soldiers, alien soldiers? Sell that shit to everyone. No problems if your good guys are slaying aliens, sentient robots, monsters and the occasional human. I guess no one besides us blessed nerds are able to see it’s all the same thing with a different coat of paint. I guess I understand the whole world might not want to buy an American military team. But there’s ways to tweak that to make it more palatable.
Both of mine have a line indent dead center of the strap, and someone already reported theirs snapped in the middle. The indent makes the strap weak and easily breakable. Why is it even there?
Well I mean that they’re not Forcing anyone to buy it from them. Really anyone that drops that kind of cash on that deserves to be a little lighter in the wallet
It kinda reminds me of something a realtor told a friend of mine as he prepared to sell his house a while back. “Let’s just ask stupid money for it and see if anybody bites”.
It's odd that of the 20 Targets northwest of Atlanta, only two have received Vipers and at both places it was only 4 rather than 6.
Heads up the Red Ninja is in stock on Hasbro pulse. G.I. Joe Classified Series Red Ninja Action Figure – Hasbro Pulse
I walked into target today on the advice of a friend and got a viper. No Firefly to be seen. Is he a separate case?
I guess the real question is, is Target going to actually get more shipments of the Vipers in? Or is this it? One shipment per store?
