Seeing the trains lining up side by side reminds me of this:

I agree. Showz used to be the best retailer to buy from but lately they are one of the worst. Saving a couple bucks to wait an additional 2 or 3 months doesn't seem like a good trade off. I'm speaking from a U.S. pov.

I do wish they had a shopping cart to add multiple items before checkout.

Perhaps for in stock items, but not for preorders. If there is one I have never been able to get it to work. I can't add multiple preorders to a cart and then check out.

Because customers mixing pre-orders is a pain for most etailers. It usually means you have to maintain open orders until everything is fulfilled. Also makes shipping charges more complicated, if necessary. Since ShowZ works on a deposit & balance system, that would also be a total pain in the ass.

If this method works for them, I don't blame them for keeping it this way.

Has anyone heard anything about the scale of the figures and the gestalt? I couldn't find anything in the first few pages about it.

Well I don’t think you’re actually agreeing with what I said. Thing is due to Covid you Americans have to get your figures by boat if you’re taking free shipping from Show Z. I just paid the extra to get my figure in 10 days via faster shipping methods.

Even with the extra cost from a Canadian point of view it’s much better savings for me to go with Show Z.

Suuuper slow shipping from BBTS this last month for me as well. Could be FedEx’s fault though. (USPS never touched it by what I can tell.) They shipped Hot Toys Mando and it took several weeks, disappeared from all tracking for one of those weeks. Sideshow sent Capt Cody and it showed up in a few days. (I’m near Atlanta ftr.)

Then there’s the issue of never really knowing when an item will arrive/ship. And their $4 shipping is less and less of a bargain when they’re raising their prices compared to their competitors. They serve a purpose but they’re not my preferred shop.

Can only respectfully disagree, also from a U.S. pov, I can either pay for fast shipping which I usually don't because I'm either cheap or don't have money, lol...but I will get things from 2 weeks to 2 months, such is the nature of economy shipping. ALSO, I live in a town that also has that effect on Amazon, something that might ship to a town 2 hours away that arrives in 2 days, takes 2 weeks for me! Also, the last ebay purchases took a month! And that dude only lived 5 states away! lol I chock it all up to covid, and amongst other things in the U.S.....2020 was jacked up. Here's to 2021 to do a hard reboot.
