I don't think it was figured out before but I think folks had the general idea.

 

Hopefully other reviews will go up as well as Ben's, I like his videos but he has glossed over problems in the past. Sometimes the brutal reviewers will give you the other side of things.

 

Yup. I prefer the smaller looking shoulders. Nice.

 

I've been struggling to put my finger on it, but you're spot-on with that observation. It looks like an older figure and aesthetic stretched out to modern combiner size. One thing I liked about Attila was how well he fitted in with Constructor/Chronos etc, but I'm not sure this guy would.

 

Cheaper and prettier, 2x win  

 

And that's a reason why I like it, gimme more combiners like this.

 

great looking shot, despite the price I can’t hate for sure IMO the XTB over DX9. Something about XTB menasor gives off as a premium mp.

 

Paint. That's where it shines. DX9 is cartoony almost to a fault.

 

Ok. Now I can’t wait to get mine!! Those combined photos look so good. The aesthetic is awesome and I think it looks real good in that lineup between Constructor and Superion.

People are welcome to hustle and make a buck however they wish. With that said, in this case it almost feels criminal. Reviews are meant to be services to the community, not 'content'.

 

Nothing wrong with them charging for their time and effort. Paying isn't mandatory after all.

 

It'll be released in 1-2 days to the public, patreon is just early access. Pay for it if you need to see it now.

Gravestone plus trailer and accessory pack? Over $400. Hard pass. I didn't pay that much for MP44 so why would I for Motormaster?

I have the entire DX9 set myself.

 

Reviewers are absolutely entitled to ask for money, voluntarily or otherwise, for their work. Because it is WORK. That they all continue to make stuff regardless of the fact that 99.99% of viewers give nowt in return (other than grief in the comments sections) is a minor fucking miracle.
