Only 2 things I hope for in the future - an eventual to be hated 3 pack of Rumble & the 2 w/dino cassettes Dile / Zaur from the Bumblebee Retro v1/v2 as g1 carded & a Gurafi/Noizu release as autobot/decepticon flips in the studio series like the other 2. Having a mixed half set is a glaring open wound for any designer or collector.

 

True enough. I was just hoping against better judgement that we might get Targetmaster versions with season three decoes and (especially far-fetched) better face sculpts for Cyclonus, Kup, and Blurr.
And since I didn't buy the Battlemasters for those characters I only have the Takara legends Targetmaster Nebulans and I thought I read somewhere that they don't fit the 5 mm ports on Scourge at least.

They're 5mm ports/plugs, the Legends Targetmasters should work just fine, and if they don't it comes down to variance in tolerances on individual copies of the figures

No I have not seen pics,, but from what I know is that Hastak is extremely proud of him. He's the wow factor for Kingdom that Hot Rod was for SS. Someone told me Kingdom Cyclonus and 86 Scourge are practically accessories for him. If even half of that is true, he will be stunning.

I have to mention that I'm disappointed that the Cliffjumper mould is going to keep being used due that VW doesn't let others be flexible with their design. Cliffjumper is a good figure but is becoming very repetitive which shouldn't be the case since there's already a heavy remould ready to be used.

 

Cliff Richards is becoming like the seekers in a way as there are tonnes of variations of him like "really rare Netflix cliffjumper" or "bleached cliffjumper"

 

i hope we get more than 3 waves for the netflix line, it'd be disappointing if we only got 2 bw characters for it

 

Has there been any talk about finishing the 2007 cast for MPM? With Blackout being a good candidate, I wonder if they would also do Brawl and Bonecrusher.

Also, does the reissue for Barricade take up an MPM spot for 2021 or are we still likely getting another new mold in addition to 77 Bumblebee?

1) I know you said no to Nova Prime, but are there any redeco's planned for Galaxy Upgrade Prime?
2) You also said no to a new Metroplex, but what about reissuing the T30 Metroplex?
3) You said that "they" know Magnus is bad? If so why release it after 2 prior versions (Siege and Netflix) seemed to shelfwarm hard? I'm just curious what goes into the mindset here.
4) How does the company feel about the spate of QC issues in Earthrise - Grapple's pegs, Soundbarrier's hips, Smokescreen's legs, etc? How quickly do they find out about it, and what if anything do they do to correct it?

 

Fascinating. Again I can see why Devcon got cut since he’s a background character and not a part of a combiner like Overload. Still crazy to hear he even got considered, shows how with Studio Series almost nothing is off the table.

There is likely no answer to this question, but it's something I'd like to ask anyway in case something leaked on that front. Did you hear anything on the Gimmick for the 2022 line? Like would they continue the blast-effects-stuff WFC has had going on or something new or whatever?
