Just picked up all three new cyberverse deluxes at the Walmart on 951 and 41 on the way to Marco island. Still one starscream and one prowl on site.
Someone else shops in Pensacola. Nice. I just saw one this morning but left it. I'll have to keep my eyes open.
This is becoming a disturbing trend. Hopefully it will end after Christmas. As adult collectors buying 35 year old G1 characters, we forget Hasbro is still selling under the guise that these things are for kids. Target and Amazon are probably thinking people ordered these things as Christmas gifts for kids that cant arrive late. Meanwhile the kids are enjoying their Nintendo Switch or RC Drones while us grown ups stress how we gonna find Thrust for non scalper prices. I complained to Target for cancelling my preorder and got a $10 gift card so Im gonna wait it out and hope I can grab Thrust for $20 when he floods the stores. Why wouldnt he ? Leadfoot did. I saw Runamuck twice. Saw the Skywarp/Thundercracker set at least 10 times. I still see the Clones. I got no reason to believe Thrust will be hard to find. I been clowning my boy for paying $80 for Thrust from a scalper when his pre-order got cancelled the same day mine did. He got the Thrust all right...
I just got the last Grapple for $17 at the Homestead WM. No other Earthrise in sight, but the Netflix deluxe wave. Some ass tore the flap off a Red Alert box and pulled the tray out. I had been checking and this was the first time Grapple scanned less than its retail price.
One Bumblebee at the Altamonte Springs Walmart, but as I walked away there was a fellow looking through the stock so I don’t know if it will still be there. Might be worth a shot, but they do not really have much else to make it worth your time if it’s already gone.
Aldi @ 11281 S Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers had Earthrise wave 2 deluxes on clearance for $13.49 ea. Still had 1 x Allicon, 2 x Arcee, 3 x Airwave; no Smokescreens. (They had 2 Allicons, but I grabbed one.)
Also by Tamiami Airport had one Arcee and 2 Airwaves for $13.49. The one on Kendall Dr. and 167th avenue had only Arcees.
