but it really don't !! if you were lucky enough to get one without an paint chips like me then in person the finish on this looks amazing and looks superb under leds it actually looks like a premium product ... could have been cheaper yes but that's all i can fault with mine

"edit" still not checked the electronics i don't have the battery yet so cannot comment on that but with looks alone this looks amazing

 

This is $189. I wouldn't ever buy it but, its 10x the toy Egg is.

I didn’t spend the money on Dr Egg because I didn’t feel it was worth it but come on this is a false equivalency. It’s 20 bucks more, the aesthetic is completely different, it doesn’t have the motorized electronic elements. They’re going for two completely different things.

 

Yes XTB is going for your wallet and Threezero is going for your heart. Money is money I don't see how it's not comparable

 

Scourgatron, you are totally wrong. Because Dr. Egg is not a waste of $30, Dr Egg grenade is a waste of $175. It's not the same level of wasting.

The value of what you buy is inherently subjective. I don’t like the Bumblebee designs so to me this doesn’t have any value, however the 86 movie designs do so of course that is what I would want to spend my money on. Now do you see why that argument doesn’t hold water?

So yeah, it was the batteries. Spread your bullshit somewhere else. You can hate the company and the think the product is overpriced. You don't get to make up your own facts.

Fact is there is no warning label as to batteries or fire or possible explosions.
Fact is the owner’s home was damaged and his arm injured.

Similar warnings are printed on most all battery packages. What else do you have???

I think it's half half. No deny charging the wrong battery is the main reason here, but also Dr Egg small internal space makes the exposing happened, otherwise in a open space, usually will be battery melt down, much less severe. I'm just glad no serious damage this time.
