    Some joints are really tight, but I’ve been pretty careful with him so no breakage. Getting him into alt mode requires time due to that issue though.

    I had a passing interest in picking up Rebel/Prowl the moment I saw the gray prototype, but lost interest once I saw the finished colors. The red/white/blue color way and head sculpt for Dust/Smokescreen made me not want to pass on the mold this time. I have no connection to the IDW series, so I’m treating this as a cool toy I just decided to buy.

    A Barricade deco of this would be pretty rad.

    To me, one of Dust’s biggest selling points are his eyes. It reminds me so much of the white, silver, and yellow-eyed figures that we saw during the G1 toy line’s run. Lots of other robot toys during the 1970s/80s used this style as well, especially Japanese mecha. I’m sure a Barricade-inspired repaint of the Dust version of this mold would look awesome.
