Well this is a good sign! Hopefully other companies will see this and say \"Hey, let\'s make a masterpiece Bumblebee!\"

V1 Bee is cool but he feels off when you put him next to the rest of the NewAge figures. V1 feels like a left over DX9. This V2 has rolling wheels, a show accurate look and 3mm hands. V2 will blend in better with the rest of the NA line. This is the only V2 that I expect out of NA. Plus I’m sure we will get a Cliff retool.

Making such a complicated and panel-y design at such a small size seems like a bad combo. I'm a sucker for all G1 Bees so I'll give it a shot, but it's a far cry from the charming simplicity of Flipper.

Not seeing the "improvement". The first one remains superior to me.

I would buy a Cliffjumper made of this one though.

I have a similar opinion, that line across the middle of the chest isn't flattering.

Feeling similarly "meh" about this design, as when Tarkara's MP Bee 2.0 was revealed. I just don't care for that "version" of Bumblebee. I'll reserve final judgment for color prototypes but so far, not feeling the need for this at all.

Huh, I’d wondered before if NA would ever go back and do a V2 of Bumblebee.

It’s the only figure of theirs that I feel like could use it. The original one is a charming little figure in its own right, and a terrific first figure for the company, but with its non-rolling wheels and locked and angled hands/wrists it isn't quite up to the level of the later releases.

This one has lost some of the chubby charm, but gained rolling wheels and better articulation, so I think it's a good upgrade. And like people have said, the panel-y look will probably be a lot better when it's not grey resin.

I just hope they have a Glyph repaint and a Cliffjumper remold planned for it this time round. And, sigh, I know I'd probably buy another Bugbite repaint if they did it.

Appreciate the rolling wheels and improved articulation, but not really digging the proportions even though they are more cartoon accurate. I liked the fusion of cartoon and toy the first design had.

That chest looks all sorts of bad and v1 was my first NA figure. Not sure I’ll be double dipping.

I thought it was complicated at first.

But after having a second look, it's deceptively simple.

It's mainly just turning inside out.
fold it out, fold it in and done

Hm, this seems to look over fiddly, like some of their newer stuff can be. And though it’s got more articulation, I’m not sure it’s improved articulation. I say this as someone who really likes flipper (well, gremlin) though. Interested in seeing more, at least. And nice for those who like its vibe.

One thing that has always impressed me with Newage is how even their smallest offerings retain their durability & playability. Their Insecticon trio (in front of me right now) is fun to pick up and fiddle with. Same with the Reflector. Even with the tapes that come with their Soundwave are fun.

I'd be cautious if any other company was doing an intricately-engineered figure of this size, but at this point I have little doubt they can pull this guy off.

By the looks of it, it's the downscaled 2.0 Bumblebee with 1.0 transformation scheme... And the product numbers will be H25Y (yellow) and H25R (red)

...and if they make the blue Microman version (H25B), it'll be a limited edition.
