How deposits and invoices are enforced, what is automated and what is not, how the release date of items is used in your systems, stacking items or not... there are choices to be made, and the overall cost/benefit of these choices is something that only you know.
But any and all problems listed above are a consequence of your operational strategy, and as customers we can only assume this is the cheapest way to handle business challenges.
Maybe more rules and more automation would work. Maybe if you get 1000's of unpaid invoices it's because you get hundreds of thousands of paid invoices, and taking away the deposits for that 1% 5% might alienate a fraction of your customers while attracting more the vast majority of customers who pay their invoices.
Maybe the lack of automation is punishing ideal customers to avoid alienating a fraction of customer base which is detrimental to your business.
Maybe the customers with the highest willingness to spend are also those with the highest rate of unpaid invoices.
Only you can know this. But you are ultimately the owner of your business strategy. Own it.

    Re: Mando finale...

Did anyone else sit there thinking...they're trying to make you think that's
    Luke
. It won't be, it'll be a character primed for a spin off, fucking Disney...hang on,
it's the right clothing, that lightsabre colour is right
...nah, still won't be...hang on, now I've seen
    the gloved hand
, I bet it is...prepared for disappointment now...really? Is it? Holy shit! Epic!

That was my Friday evening. Pretty happy with it :D

You bastards. Stop enabling me on Kingdom Cyclonus. I don't want him! I'm happy with the deluxe! Stop making the new one look so awesome! I don't want to also have to get a voyager scourge to make them all the same size. STOP IT!

Watched Mando this morning. All I will say is..... Yup.

As soon as Grogu's ears picked up, I knew who it would be. Still was excited though.

Also, just gonna say I'm glad I watched it before reading some of these comments as they are straying a bit out of the vague area for those who haven't seen it, especially for outside spoiler tags.

Also watched Discovery. Not gonna lie, there was a moment in this week's episode where my reaction was straight up :jawdropper:

Thanks for the feedback, as for own it what do you think my post is doing, I've told all the guys here about other places to shop for their needs, operational changes will be made in 2021, it still doesn't take away responsibility from a customer to take notice of what few terms and conditions we do have as they are there ultimately to help them out and make sure the experience is a good one :)  have a Happy Christmas

Packaging wise we got told exactly the same by the company that supplies us, apparently Jeff and the big A are buying up everything!!! We're stockpiling though, only thing that might be a pain is packing paper :)

All the best to your wife and hope Xmas is a good one!

I've missed this one but if anyone else is 'sitting' on another one I'd be keen to buy off you.

Thanks DaftRaider, I just received my package this morning, very pleasantly surprised!

Yup. Mando. Air punchingly good. Some uncanny valley sought to distract slightly, but that was still an amazingly well stuck landing.

What a season. It started off with the wheels spinning, but episodes 5 and 6 stand out as some of my favorite star wars.

Only woke up like half an hour ago, but my Primal and Cheetor arrived from C&C. Just opened them! I would post a photo but I'm still tired and very lazy, lol.

Edit: I lied about not posting a photo :p

Does anyone here have the equipment to make repros of the Netflix Teletraan-1 backgrounds? I'd buy the ones for Sideswipe, Hound, Red Alert, Wheeljack and Impactor.

GWorks Nonnef gear order slipped in discreetly amongst some Xmas cards, so my Coneheads weapons are assembled and curing (gave them the odd few dabs of Superglue to hold 'em together more permanent like). I have to say one of my least favourite builds so far, the internal post on the weapon core columns not being male to female was a particular faff of having to grip along the seams to keep the two halves together whilst slotting the collars over the ends but the results are mostly worth the effort. Also tamping the gunbarrels/warheads in wasn't a cake walk. I was mainly getting them for vehicle mode but it turns out Ramjet's at least have to be on his arms in 'Bot mode, otherwise they jut off his wings far enough that they end up as an extra pair of heels! :lol

Scorps gigs are also curing as in-hand they are a kinda clear pinkish magenta so I've slapped some proper clear red on 'em for a more bloody gaze!

I can supply some cautious optimism here, this status update is often code for "we're delivering it but you'll pay import charges". Happened to me a short while back with XTransbots Klaatu (Cosmos at MP scale) and another threadizen got the same status update around the same time, with the same result.

Kind of wish I'd jumped on the £40 Thrust order! Told myself I didn't need him but he does look cool in all your photos. Hopefully another chance will come up. If not.. well, the other Coneheads are on the back row of my display anyway, the 2nd-XI dweebs :D

Got home from walking the dog and found missed postage note for Thrust.
Overall cost me under £40 so thanks for that heads up.

Question for those who got their Kingdom stuff. How is Warpath? Keep flipping on getting him.
