Should've gotten something like this during the Thrillin' 30s IMO. Frankly, I've grown sick of HasTak's ceaseless 80s Grimmy design reusage. IDWlock needs more love. Plus, Nick Roche's Dinobot redesigns are my favourite, preferred look for them. Really looking forward to picking up all of them.  

 

An IDW Grimlock might actually tempt me into collecting the Dinobots. I liked the original toys as a kid, but haven't been tempted into any MP-style ones as an adult.

Also, I dunno about their quality, I've just been told that planet x made. Good deathsaurus so I assume the grimlock will be good

he wouldnt fit my collection. I want an IDW grimlock but he would tower over star saber, overlord, and the DJD. I do not do masterpiece scaled figures. Of course money is also keeping me from getting the last DJD member...hopefully I can before he sells out.

thank you for the recommendation  . But I am a CHUG scale guy and I think the Planet-X one is a bit too big to mingle with my siege and ER stuff. again thank you though .

Little bit late to the conversation but I thought Planet X was CHUG scale.

 

Unfortunately the Planet X is way too big for CHUG scale (bigger than Fanstoys Grimlock I believe). I'll still get it because it looks awesome, but I would DEFINITELY still be in for Trux were it to ever release.

 

They normally are but their IDW Grimlock is a tad bit oversized unfortunately but you could still try and possibly fudge it with MMC/CHUG stuff maybe depending on how big you think Grimlock should be (I'm still getting it because I love IDW Grimlock's design and it looks too good in both modes to pass upon)
