Nice overall. But the whole chest shield needs more curvature. Especially around the lower outer quadrants where the big vents are. Also the thighs are too wide, and the waist(crotch) isn't wide enough. None of this is a big dealbreaker though. It's a very nice kit. And the head is perfect!

 

You can eventually spare enough for a PS5 and VR, but not $65 for this kit? First World "need" Problems LMAO

You almost hit the nail on the head. Just one thing - replace the future with clear nail polish and he holds the fish gun fine.

 

This looks ridiculous. It\'s like de-evolution. I always hated how G1 combiners needed tons of extra parts to combine. HasTak resolved this by adding the combiner head, chest, etc into the torso bot. And now they make this? This reminds me of the old third party set for Energon Bruticus. Lots of small parts that go nowhere in robot and beast modes. Also a new head that looks exactly like the old? Why? I like to transform my gestalts often, these would just get in the way.

This needs to do two things for me to consider buying it.
1. Fix Tentakill’s inability to form a stable leg mode.
And 2. Do what no third party combined upgrade I’ve purchased has done, and actually make their feet fit the 5mm ports on the legs.

 

incomplete, needs better hands. Combiner War era bots had terrible hands and this remold is no exception and i am surprised they didn\'t make hands for it

 

Eh these hands are better than previous CW hands. The TDW hands are skeletal and couldnt accomodate the targetmaster gimmick so they probably figured it wasnt worth all new hand molds for just this release

 

Nope. No desire. I like the stock figure setup and I was so disappointed by their Abominus set that I've pretty much sworn off all of their products. It also makes the transformation needlessly more complex just because.

I am thrilled for this kit! Once I got my Seacons I knew TDW was going to come through with a kit for this and I’m loving it! I love my tdw kits for Bruticus & Abominus. May not be the best but damn they improve the look of these combiners and give them a fierce presence on my shelves!

 

Price on ebay is too high for these guys now. Guess ill hold out for zeta to do the piranacons.

Meanwhile would someone show Orthia some love? She looks out of place compared to the other combiners with kits.

Resurrecting an older thread, but I saw my TFSource preorder date has changed to June 2021, where before it was "4th Quarter 2020". I figured it'd get changed to a later date, just wasn't expecting 6 months  

 

BBTS hasn't changed my date, but then again they never do. I swear they just have a script that goes through their pre-orders and just increments the date by 1 month every month until it comes in.

Edit: In fact everyone but TFSource is still listing either Dec 2020 or 4th Quarter 2020. So either TFSource got some info that no one else did (quite possible) or something else is going on.
