BOOM, POW,KABOOM, KERMBLAMO,and KAZOWY! Im a huge g1 fan and Kingdom Warpath is an excellent addition to the line being in the g1 part of the line vs the beast wars stuff. His tank mode hits all the right marks as his og did including head. His robot mode is excellent though truth be told with tank gun not extended it looks like a nipple. His" ah hm" shield piece is needed to hold the front of his tank together so don't loose that. He does have some tread kibble hanging under his arms but its acceptable. He screams g1 warpath but why do I get a baymax from big hero 6 vibe looking at his face? Still an awesome deluxe I can totally recommended(even if you have other Warpaths).

 

Man, I just wanna put all kinds of blast effects on that canon.

Shield really reminds of Zaku shield, so that bit of partforming gets a pass from me.

 

Like most of these recent Deluxes he’s too small for my sense of scale. I’m better off tracking down Thrilling 30 Warpath instead.

 

DAMN...I really was hoping he looked like the Sheriden. Decent tank mode3, but bot mode wins. Good review too!!!

 

Definitely looks like a really nice piece, especially for those who missed out on the first Generations deluxe mold. That one's still the gold standard for me (as a Warpath and as a deluxe figure in general) but honestly? This isn't half bad, especially for those who like their updates to be a bit more directly inspired by the original look rather than reinventions. Continued partsforming is still a bother though...

 

I think I'm okay with the previous Generations Warpath. But if this guy gets a Selects release as say... Gobot Treds? I'm back on board!

 

Wait so the shield goes underneath, but still is needed to hold it all together?

 

Yes it holds the front of tank together and prevents it from coming apart

 

For a guy that turns into a tank and is named “Warpath”, he’s rather adorable.

 

How easy it is to cut the effect peg on his body? (The white one and the red one)

I'm tempted to just cut it and paint it over if it's so distracting once I get him on hand.

Do the legs peg together at all in tank mode without the shield piece added? Or is it simply impossible to transform him into tank without it?

 

You can transform it without but will have more noticeable gaps With its holds it all together better with less noticeable gaps

 

This guy's cute but a little big for me - I'll be sticking with my custom CW version.
