One vote here for Sunstorm.

 

The Coneheads have retooled torsos and legs so I'd hope for about that level of retooling for Slipstream. Not a major retool but maybe something just giving her a slightly slimmer/sleeker build.

 

I mean.... Sunstorm is showing up in the new idw in the siege mold...and the Netflix seeker is supposed to be the last use of the mold...

 

I know, but I more think of them as like "special units" or something, so it makes sense for them to have differences from the standard. If the only difference for Slipstream is gender, I just don't think that's really a difference they'd make a new version of the bodytype for in-universe. Normal Seekers having the same body and proportions regardless of gender is one thing I actually really liked about how they were in Cyberverse, it just makes sense to me.

I certainly wouldn't turn down a Slipstream figure if they did retool the ER mold to be more feminine body-wise, I'm just saying I personally don't think it's necessary. It's one of the few cases where I wouldn't advocate for potentially appropriate/fitting retooling when possible/feasible.

 

Even if we get Sunstorm from the Siege mold (which makes sense because of Hotlink), we STILL need Bitstream in the Siege mold to finish off that trio.

 

I don't know if its intentional, but that art looks terrible to me.

Anyway, if there is a Sunstorm coming, I'm in the camp of the ER mold, but wouldn't mind a Siege mold. My reasoning is that I don't want another Thundercracker/Ion Storm situation were they look too similar.

 

Didn't Pixelmaster say there were no plans for Sunstorm? I know plans change and his info hasn't been 100% accurate, but it's still something to consider. Also the comics have zero bearing on the Netflix toys.

 

I don't think it's Sunstorm, but I do want a Sunstorm. Gotta have the orange Seeker somewhere.

 

If they used the creamsicle color scheme for Sunstorm it would solve any problems of being too similar to Ion Storm.

Personally I’d want Sunstorm from the Earthrise mold but if the Siege mold was the only option I wouldn’t argue.

 

Meh i dont trust his info, but if he is right and it isnt sunstorm id be happy with bitstream, or maybe nacelle

 

I never got Hotlink, but I just love Sunstorm's colors and would buy one to have on his own.

 

So here\'s what I\'m thinking what these figures could look like

WFC Netflix Optimus Primal

for primal I\'m thinking they\'re gonna give him a possible an animation accurate color scheme with some battlemasters
Or a toy accurate color scheme with a possible alternate battle mask headsculpt also with battlemasters

WFC Netflix Seeker

this depends on which mold they want to use it could be either Siege or Earthrise. But it gets tricky on which character it could be, maybe bitstream, sunstorm, one of the rainmakers, or that one random seeker that\'s all black with red highlights. Also like primal he\'d come with two battle masters.

 

If I remember correctly, catz or someone rumored that the Voyager packs might come with a Core-class figure instead of two Battlemasters.

 

Are you talking about g2 blackout? Thats the only black seeker that i know of
