Escape? Another miniseries? I dunno why they are splintering the main story into so many parts... that was something everyone hated when DC and Marvel did it. TPD for the MLP crossover already? I thought it only came out recently. War World... sigh. That makes me pine for G2. Where is Bludgeon when you need him?

Sorry that Galaxies was canceled, but glad to see Escape. Anything with Hound has my attention. The Cosmos cover makes me wonder if they'll do anything with the Blast Off/Cosmos thing going on in the Valentine's Special... I keep waiting for those two to meet again now that they are likely on opposite sides. Teh drama!

Astrotrain! Glad to see him on the cover. So when can I see the Earth? It wasn't until two years later that Civil War began. IDW 2019 would be a better way to divide the Earth's part and the Cybertron part, like MTMTE and RID.

So regardless how unpopular your comment might be, as long as it isn't disrespectful continue posting whatever the h3ll you want! Anyway..... I've been skeptical about this new IDW-verse but I haven't given up on it completely... "84 Secrets & Lies" wasn't bad IMO, while that Galaxies mini feat. CJ and Deathsaurus was a big disappointment. So it's been a hit or miss. If this War World saga turns out to be good, then maybe I'll start collecting the TPB's of them.
It wasn't considered a retcon or any altering to my knowledge. It is more of a prequel to the main Transformers run which leads into stories in both US and UK series. Based on the storytelling it certainly opens doors based on a cliché of "a certain point of view." I enjoyed it.
No, you see - if they actually wrote good interesting comics, readers will have good interesting opinions about those comics. You want crap quality anything to be given good reviews? You are acting as if this is the very first time in the entire history of all comics that fans don't like the comics being written. As for your analogy, if you drag teens to somewhere they don't like, of course they are going to complain. Take them somewhere they do like. As Transformers fans, we are dragged into reading IDW2 comics because no other Transformers comics are being written.
He's probably going to go on about how because he's a Transformers fan he has to read the comics or something like that whenever it's mentioned that him spending money on things you don't like sends the wrong message. Cause enough people are either enjoying the series or enough people have his mindset that the series has exceeded MTMTE's and RID's season 1 in terms of issue count.
It's along the same lines of buying scalped figures on eBay. We all love collecting and all... But no one is forced to pay the inflated prices. Everyone has a choice.
