I believe so, for this specific listing for the wv1 figures. I ordered Quintesson from them (it has an individual listing) and it was the correct figure. Perhaps someone else can confirm though.

I've been getting texts and emails from them about coupons for like, refurbished electronics. Like, multiple messages from them in the past week alone. I'd turn them off, but I don't want to miss out on an actual coupon I can use...

$10 off $50 toy purchase

That goes until December 12, 2020.
Since it's circle, it can likely only be used once per account (whereas in years past, when they also had the coupons with scannable barcodes also in their booklets available at their customer service desks, which allowed one use per transaction; and didn't necessarily limit it to a person).
