They presumably still accept exchanges. But also since there is a whole section of collectibles (Funko, Mezco, and the like) they might be talking those items more than buys from the toy aisle.

The quantity limits are really gonna piss off diecast collectors.

So I got the delay email for Thrust like basically everyone else did, but the actual preorder status still shows backordered. Is that normal?

I've seen a sign something similar like that years ago at only a few targets in my area... They eventually took down the sign...Could be that specific area of that Target store. May not be all targets. I rather they do something to fix their online ordering system instead...
