Got this set for Lifeline more than Ratchet. I honestly think the seige figure has the better robot mode hands down, but ER definitely the better van.

Lifeline is my first experience with the Arcee mold (since Megalopolis still hasn't sent me my Arcee the bastards), and honestly, it's not the worst. The backpack is definitely awful but I think it looks nicer in hand, and especially for Lifeline. The knees are obnoxious as hell to work with though. Still happy to have her though.

 

Posing lifeline (or Arcee) on her board is her strength. The flexibility 9f her legs lends to some nice positioning on it.

Wearing her backpack results in her being poorly balanced and almost needing to hunch

 

Mine's now saying it'll arrive 'tomorrow by 10pm' (more specific than it ever got with Ironhide and Prowl before the first postponement) but no charge or shipping notice yet :/

Yeah, she can definitely get some great poses on the board, but the knees are still annoying for me. It's mostly due to the double bend that, even though it adds more flexibility, makes it hard to pose correctly for me. It's the same for Hoist and Trailbreaker honestly. It doesn't help that at least for my Lifeline, her knees are pretty damn loose at both bends on each knee.

 

Well that sux, fortunately for me she is tight (hahaha) and holds well. I was really put off by the mold at first but the board posing saved it for me

 

They’re finally here! I woke up to these on my porch this morning. I already have a soft spot for this Arcee mold, so I love the extra bits of paint Lifeline has, especially the grey in vehicle mode. She’s still a nightmare to get into alt mode, but whatever. I can handle it. Even her giant backpack doesn’t bother me. To me, it reads as more battle ready than when she’s without it.

I never got the Siege Ratchet or Ironhide, so this is my first time with this mold variant. I expected to be indifferent to it, but I’m impressed. Except for those feet, of course. There are some 3rd party options popping up to address that, but I’m sitting tight on upgrading until the perfect one comes along.

If you ever decide to part with the ratchet I'm hoping to score a different one. Mine is terrible.
