I got that very same response. Like, how is it that you're a huge distributor yet you're dead last in getting this figure?

There’s no way dalianjj would answer a question like that with the figure still for sale!

You won't know unless you ask. He's done it before.

Hmm. Not quite in line, really. I guess I shall re-read posts in this thread about the fix...

The "fix" is getting the correct diecast knee ratchet part. The ratchets are left/right specific. FT does not have parts to correct this problem at this time. You need to either return to your retailer for a full replacement and hope that the replacement does not have this error, hope for FT to reissue the figure and make more knee ratchet parts or find someone with the opposite knee and swap parts. Looks like you have two left knees.

There are more figures with issues than not so chances are you will get the same with a replacement. There is a fix, the ratchets are not left/right specific. Someone here proved that

Flat gun metal with burn mark paint applications would be badass! Personally I'm not really a fan of polished chrome on masterpiece figures - on certain figures it looks great and is necessary (I'm looking at you Prime) but for the most part I find it looks cheap and ugly. For example I find the polished chrome on dx9 invisible hideous (I finally swapped out for TE speed star). I much prefer a brushed/satin chrome look. Anyways I just received thomas from show.z today and other than the polished chrome everything else on the figure is impressive.

Seconded, though i'm not complaining about the chrome, personally.

They are silver/white in the toon, conceivably chrome. Why would you want grey, or even burn marks?
If you're interested in real life accuracy, that was out the window right off the bat with the boxy cockpit.
