Huffer and Inferno both look excellent and I\'m excited for the eventual Pipes remold. Definite buys.

I like Ractonite too, the Fossil guys look wonky but I dig them just for being different than the same thing we\'ve been seeing for years on end.

The G1 Core guys aren't really my thing, but I'll probably get my son Starscream. Megatron\'s alt mode is terrible even by that size class standards. It\'s neat they included a mini Gun Megs as the weapon but using it as the tank turret is hilariously awful.

Right? I'm a G1 fan and find the G1 cartoon near unwatchable. I've dug out my old Rhino DVDs and I've been watching it with my six year old, and it's been great sharing it with him but aside from a handful of cool moments, mostly fueled by nostalgia, the cartoon is absolute garbage.

Also I feel like people get too wrapped up in the first few episodes of Beast Wars, which are definitely crinegy, but it gets so much better once the "I'm a rat so now I'm Rattrap LOL" stuff.

Anyway, that's a discussion for another thread I'm sure. I'm going back to admiring these awesome new toys.

Huffer looks great, Ractionite\'s legs look a little too skinny for his body. I\'m glad Legends scale figures are returning but do we really need another Megatron, Optimus and, Starscream? It may just be me but I think there\'s just too much G1 on store shelves right now and I hope the Beast Wars Kingdom figures sell well to show Hasbro that they can do more things besides G1.

But couldn't they do a similar set up for the other TF eras so that the people who both grew up and prefer those eras would get the same type of attention G1 has gotten? I mean I assume they're trying to do that for the BW crowd in the form of Kingdom and the other new pieces of BW media coming next year. As for the superhero argument even they don't always rely on only one look and era to please certain types of people.

would you rather have nothing? Hasbro isn’t obligated to give you any beast wars or recognize the anniversary

were missing two characters from season one and we know very little about the exclusives. Had to wait 6 years for classics thundercracker.

I remember reading that Galvatron's in wave 2 as well. If that's the case then hopefully he'll be unveiled tomorrow at least.

Hasbro: Can't get Robot mode Ultra Magnus right. Can't get Ultra Magnus Alt mode right. Leaves parts off Ultra Magnus.
Also Hasbro: Make sure to get pictures of Huffer towing ER Primes trailer ASAP!

Like everyone else, Huffer is sublime.
    I'll probably get mini-Megs.

As I've said prior, Inferno is great for those who need the G1, but I've got no connection to the character and the CW POTP Inferno is just fine for me.

They could do it with other eras, but they are not as well proven as G1. And while superhero stuff doesn't always stick to a single look, they almost always default back to a more classic design. Transformers has 3 distinct looks/series running currently, it's not all just G1, it's just predominantly G1 in the main generations subline

Love these core class figures. Hasbro has upped their mini game big time.  Definitely will grab the Megatron.

Huffer was my first ever TF toy, so boatloads of sentimental value with him. Orange Grumpytruck looks tremendous.

My only Inferno has-been the POTP version, will definitely be looking for this G1 inspired version.

Difference is with superheroes is that they've nearly always been the same, especially design wise and cast wise and one offs are usually smaller side things
The Unicron trilogy and Beast Wars came out when G1 wasn't really a thing for a while with completely different designs and casts, it's not the same situation as superheroes

Im a biased G1 fan, but I have to give Hasbro credit for making 3 new Beast dinosaur molds that are Predacons.

    1) It doesnt allow the villains to lag too much behind the heroes (8-9 Deceps/Preds to 11 Autobots/Maximals)

    2) It allows the weaponizer gimmick to continue, but with a new coat of paint.

    3) For those complaining of the same old , same old, hey new characters! and theyre dinos ! YAY!

I don\'t have any real affection for the toys this wave. WFC Arcee bothers me, and I already have T30 Arcee and TR Arcee, so I think I can safely skip backpack girl. I do find the tiny Megatron wielding himself rather amusing, though. But I\'m strangely drawn to Huffer. Never cared about the character, but there is something rather neat about the figure that I\'m digging. I might break down and get him, but I can otherwise probably save some money during this wave. My wife will be thrilled.

I'm thinking of getting multiple Megatrons just so I can get multiple mini-Megatrons because they look small enough to easily get lost. Screenshot_20201202-115646(1).png

I can’t wait for Huffer! I don’t like the shield but I can deal with it. Also surprised to see Core Starscream and Megatron, definitely getting Megatron and The eventual Thundercracker at least.

Who am I kidding? I’m getting yet another set of jets. Hopefully we get wee Coneheads too.

So we've seen three of the....five?....Skeleton Warriors. I don't like how this line is flying by because there's so much fun stuff in here.
