Huffer is slightly different because his head isn't the highest point. He might look eye to eye with Cliffjumper but the Datsuns might be looking at his front bumper.

    Plus, there's always this

Yeah, it wouldn't be the first time a bit of the ol' cut-&-paste had gone awry in the blurb, I need to see a comparison between actual figures.
The way that they've truck-ified his alt. mode with the flatbed shield is both ingenious and...
Whilst the update concept is neat they've squashed his cab so that even sans flatbed it looks a bit "off" as a truck cab to me, just that bit too short?
I doubt it'll bug anyone else, I just seem to be having a run of these minor but essential niggles with the new Deluxe class Minibots starting out with Cliffy & 'Bee's lack of an abs windscreen that mean they ain't for me, and that might be the case for Huffer too!

Hopefully a reviewer will get hold of the figure early and we can get to see some comparisons.

I take your point about Huffer may look Cliffy in the eye but the rest of his front bumper adds to the overall height.

Some bonus photos thrown in as you are an MP collector:

Quite often the official description is a bad cut and paste job, apparently. Occupational hazard when half the line is a repaint I spose!

Seriously though, how about companies actually just build enough of the things that cost millions in their development?

Was about to say that maybe and despite how much I love him TR Brawn might feel already dated with a Huffer like that at his side but turns out that nope, it's fine.
Meanwhile, my Windcharger still has no feet. The poor thing.

Inferno - bought. Huffer - bought. No qualms about either. Inferno is a "known" commodity because we already have Grapple and they've more than done their job making him look the part. Huffer.....don't give a shit about heights etc. He makes more sense as a small deluxe so that's good enough for me.

    Skids and Gears to go.

At least they are apologising now. With a couple of items also dispatched by Kapow today I have 13 parcels out there - my ID Trailbreaker is now over the two week point.

Le sigh, Heavy shoulder shrug version.

Local Smyths had 1 each of the Netflix deluxe wave except Bee. Just as well. Would have only bought him even if I said I didn't need him.

    Inferno will be bought. Others...eh.

Am I the only one who thinks the Fozziliser toys look godawful in bot mode?

Went to both local Smyths at lunch, the only Netflix figs were hotlink and megs. Still can't convince myself to get megs at £40 when I've already got siege.

I'll post some pics of the recent purchases once I've picked up the space chicken I managed to get on sale from my local comic shop (buy local!)

They look horrendous, but it’s my sort of horrendous. Asymmetrical monstrosities fit my headcanon of them being an army of undead Maximals and Predacons.

Nope. No bites here on those.

Kingdom could be quite the wallet-saver depending on what selects chucks out!

Every time I think this.......it somehow never works out that way :D

But I won't be in the market for the fossilizers - not my sort of thing at all.

And I've just had my invoice from Kapow for RoidRichie........didn't even remember i'd put in an order for it.

Yeah, literally the only thing I've seen in the Kingdom reveals that I HAVE to have is Huffer, with Inferno a close second. Nothing else is even a blip on my interest radar. By comparison I've gotten every single Deluxe in Earthrise, all the Battle Masters (including Smashdown and Rung), three of the five Voyagers, two of the three Leaders (including Astrotrain), the Commander Class and the Titan Class, plus a bunch of the store exclusives like Dirge/Ramjet, Thundercracker/Skywarp, Bluestreak, Ironhise/Prowl etc. :lol

At the moment, the only other thing that's been hinted at that I'm interested in is the Ark Titan.
