Similar, but it's a new gun. The Centurion pack gun doesn't have the 5mm peg at the back and has a different barrel shape.

Megs looks excellent. Dig the gun and his little shoulder pads, too bad the voyager wasn’t closer to this instead of carrying that giant chunk to the side.

Starscream looks like he’s wearing khaki shorts, but I still like the idea of mini versions of the voyager figure.

Arcee still sucks. She was crap the first time she was released, doesn’t make sense to keep her on the shelf.

 

Man, those Core Starscream and Megatron look better than expected.

Red Grapple looks good.

Huffer looks fantastic (and he can carry Optimus' trailer!).

Ractonite is weird in a good way.

 

I\'m not interested in the Core Class figures that don\'t scale with the others, but I can\'t deny that Starscream\'s jet mode looks adorable. It\'s also really cool that Megatron comes with a G1 gun.

Ractonite looks unique. I hhaven\'t been a fan of the fossilizers/weaponizers/modulators/partsformers in general, but I know I\'m weak and will still get them. The styracosaurus alt mode is cool at least.

Huffer looks great. I\'m glad his partsforming is ccompletely optional. Inferno looks great too. They went out of their way to make him different from Grapple and succeeded. Both of these are insta-bought.

So Huffer’s gun splits in two, with each half becoming the side-rails of the truck bed, which is itself made from his shield.

That’s very clever and cool. Great use of accessories.

 

Inferno and Huffer are the last of the 84-85 lineup I need and they’re everything I could’ve asked for. So once Airazor, Dinobot, Huffer, & Inferno come out looks like I’ll finally be able to put my collecting on hiatus. Its been bitter sweet but its time to move on.

I've never really had a desire to get a Megatron before (more a Galvatron fan), but for $10 that's hard to beat.

Ractonite looks like all kinds of chunky fun. It would have been neat if his head sculpt had resembled Killer Punch or Guiledart. I figure he will be the only Fossilizer I grab.

Arcee is certainly Arcee again!

Inferno's looking good. Anyone want to do a digibash to Artfire?

Pipes has been one of my main wants for a while, so I figured I wouldn't need Huffer. I'm wrong; I need Huffer. He looks absolutely fantastic, I love what they did with the parts-forming truck bed, he comes with a blaster as well, he's perfect to me.

 

Core class look excellent. I’d display them separately as the scale with the other car robots would drive me crazy. Although I think it would look cool if they were next to an oversized gorilla like in The Last Knight concept art.

 

That gun Huffer has is a beast. He has no right to look this damn good. Inferno is a thing of beauty too im glad I passed on Grapple for him, only thing they havent confirmed is if he comes with that water effect that was shown in the leaked box photos.

The core class Megs looks better than the ER one which it really has no place doing so tbh.

Huffer , Inferno and Ractonite are On-some sight buys for me.

Starscream - looks cheap. With proper paint this would be great, but as is he looks like Dollar store fare.

Megatron - looks pretty good overall. Could use a couple more spots of paint, but not nearly as badly as Starscream. The gun is a nice touch.

Huffer - looks outstanding and this is the level each figure should aspire to.

Inferno - ditto.

Ractonite - Once again the robot mode hands suck much like with Paleotrex but they are actually even worse here. He has Beast Wars Ironhide syndrome. With a wholly new design not beholden to any fictional appearance this is totally inexcusable. Other than that he looks great and I like these overall - some more robotic bits mixed in would have been nice though.

Arcee - still needs more paint like Starscream. Looks like a $5 Dollar store toy.

 

I can't stop laughing at Ractonite, he's hilarious and I love him. Going from that badass Styracosaurus skeleton into a dumpy, lumpy robot mode is one hell of a power move. The fossilizers are going to be the most amazing motley crew ever.
