    Conversely I’ve got a message about a shipping delay and it won’t arrive until the 7th. Even though it left the area Smartpost facility.

    Oh it has happened for me and was going to. Said FedEx was going to deliver it instead of USPS, then weirdly handed it off to someone else, which seems to be USPS? although, USPS has no scans for the package right now, so thats... great.

    USPS is absolutely SLAMMED right now. I've received 2 packages from them this week that NEVER got a single scan.. just showed up at my door! Don't give up hope, I think they're cutting corners in order to get caught up.

    FedEx shenanigans in regards to Smartpost have really irked me as of late. They deliver a ton of stuff they could or should have handed over now and in the past with little rhyme or reason not an explanation.

    FedEx and UPS have cheaper cost services in which USPS delivers the final stretch: SmartPost and Mail Innovations, respectively. This is not new. The hand-off, however, usually leads to significant delays, primarily on USPS's end....typically 2 days or so in my personal experience.

    If you're lucky, FedEx and UPS may decide to deliver the final stretch themselves and save some days, but this is uncommon.

    Oh im aware of both Smartpost, Mail Innovations and UPS' other service, SurePost. But Fedex flat out said they were going to deliver it themselves and then went "Naaaaaaah"

    So uh, guess someone delivered my Runabout last night? Because FedEx updated my tracking an hour ago to say they delivered my runabout last night???? I dont check the door unless I know something is there, so thats great. It was there though, thankfully.

    that happened to me today too. had gigawatt from pulse put on pending. was supposed to be delivered yesterday then went to pending then to pending but was on a truck and just got delivered. fedex has been annoying lately
