I'm not sure if it was just me, but recently no matter if I just want to watch a video about the Liberty Ships from WW2 or a funny toy review by Thew on Youtube, I always manage to stumble across a ridiculous amount of ads in those videos.

I would admit, some of these ads does sound legit (Or at least, doesn't sound like complete nonsense) with things like Skillshare or Netflix movies, but there are also mostly something shady with things like "The Girlfriend Activation System", trading stocks or E-Commerce webinars that teach you "How to easily earn 1 MILLION in a month at home!!", or "Saying this F word to girls will make them more attracted and want to date you!!"; aka things that sounds too good to be real.

What's up about that? Was Youtube so desperate for ad revenue that they are perfectly fine with promoting any ads (No matter how shady they could be) now due to the current pandemic affecting their revenue, or what?

Truth? Square was in financial bust after making too many failed games. They had enough money for one more game that could help or put the final nail on the coffin. When they were coming up for this fantasy game, they added the word Final since they truly believed this will be their final game. Shockingly to them, Final Fantasy sold well. So well that it saved Square from going under and produced more Final Fantasy games and many others. Even making a RPG game starring Nintendo's Super Mario and working with Disney to make the Kingdom Hearts series.

Question is, will it be Spider-boy or Spider-girl? For now it's Spider-fetus.
