No, I'm not saying the figures in the Korean pictures are stolen of course they aren't I was just responding to some people who want to message Tonton to see if they could buy one off of him early and I'm saying that's wrong because it's stealing.

Here's my take on all the movie Optimus Primes

The 2007 and RotF forms have definitely become iconic over the years and is honestly one of the best live-action designs it strikes the perfect balance of being recognizable as Optimus Prime but a more realistic Optimus Prime. The same goes for the Dotm design, The trailer gives him more authority and I like the abs he has in robot mode.

Evasion mode prime I actually really like. I like the way the classic truck parts look on his chest and I hope we get a red and blue repaint of the eventual SS figure. I actually really like it when Transformers pick older cars and trucks when everyone is a modern car but for obvious reasons the commander of the Autobots can't be an old beat-up truck just for looks Evasion mode Prime served its purpose to hide him.

AoE/TLK Prime I like the truck a lot it gives him an even greater sense of authority and really gives him a presence on the road. The robot mode however I have mixed feelings. From some angles, it looks great but from other angles, he looks a little...chunky. I think I'd like the robot mode a little more if it blended more traditional Optimus Prime elements such as the truck window chest but as it is it honestly depends on how I feel that day.

Knightverse Prime I see why people like this because it's the perfect modern classic Prime but this is probably my least favorite because I prefer the Bay deigns but he still looks good. Just not the Prime for me.

Next question: What is everyone's favorite live-action Bumblebee in terms of robot and car mode?

    1976 Bumblebee
    2007 Bumblebee
    2009 Bumblebee
    2011 Bumblebee
    Evasion Bumblebee
    2014 Bumblebee
    WW2 Bumblebee
    2017 Bumblebee
    Cybertronian Bumblebee
    Volkswagen Bumblebee
    Jeep Bumblebee
    or
    Knightverse 1976 Bumblebee?

Well not only would it be wrong, but Optibotimus tried to buy some stuff on tonton about $400 worth and tonton ripped him off and scammed him never giving him his money back nor the figures he paid for. Saw the whole rant by Optibotimus on his Twitter plus screenshots of the convo.

I get the rush for toy reviewers like Optibotimus to want to have stuff before anyone else to get ahead in the "game" but IMO when it comes to me getting stuff I'd rather just wait for it to arrive in stores rather than risk paying extra in a shady method that probably might go wrong

Yeah it's more fun finding the figures in stores anyway.

As an engineering student myself I can say how hard it can be to design transformers toys and I kinda roll my eyes whenever some people get mad at backpacks and other things transformers toys tend to do like fake parts and car door arms. Guys look the people at Hasbro are smart and if they can't engineer a function or add certain paint decals it's not because they're stupid or lazy it's because it would be too hard to include at the figure's size point or budget limitations. Looking at my SS Roadbuster on my desk people like to give this toy flak because of his backpack, realistically Hasbro probably could have added a few hinges to allow it to fold up a little more but due to budget it couldn't be done. That's just what I think.

Question about the Rumored MPM barricade re-issue. Is there even a need for it? Because he’s An Amazon exclusive and is still in stock all these years later. Are we sure there’s no one other than just a Bumblebee retool on the horizon?

Definitely DOTM Bumblebee, though 07 and ROTF are right behind.

If you're able to get your hands on the MechTech DOTM Optimus Prime trailer, it should be fairly easy to spray paint it in black, and then add the purple details.
Great. Here I was thinking about waiting on the painted KO, but seeing this has really inspired me to paint mine.... thanks a lot lol.
Wow, that made all the difference!! Are you gonna add more paint??
Wow, that's fucked up!! I had no idea that that happened!! I'm unsubscribing from TonTon!!

My favorite live action Bumblebee is the AoE 2014 Bumblebee, his robot mode is easily the coolest design. Favorite car is the 67 Camaro with TLK being a close second.

My favorite overall Bumblebee is definitely the one from his solo movie. He had great personality, a really compact robot mode and a fun cute car mode. But 07 Camaro bee is an iconic design and definitely my favorite of the bay films. In both modes. I don’t think the car mode changes in rotf and dotm did anything to make it better, although his dotm robot mode is also awesome. The 67 camaro is cool too for sure but not my absolute favorite. I think of aoe had done more for his actual character then I would have liked it more. Bee didn’t do anything of note after rotf and definitely didn’t have any character growth.
I don’t feel it’s necessary at all UNLESS they finally include frenzy and his dotm gun. As you said he’s still one of the most widely available MPMs from the early part of the line.
Yeah I already added some paint details last night and I plan to do a bit of weathering on the robot parts. I’m also gonna paint the roof lights the correct blue and maybe spray the windows since I don’t like the brownish color they used. With some paint improvements I’m really really loving this Ironhide! Unless we get some news of BA being reborn soon then I suggest you snag it. Might be the best thing to go with BA Prime.

My favorite live-action Bumblebee is the 2007 Camaro Concept with the '76 Camaro at a close second. And my favorite Optimus Prime design is the 2007/ ROTF Peterbilt design. They are so much more recognizable as the characters they are supposed to be than the AOE 2014 Camaro and Western Star designs respectively and in my opinion, AOE and TLK are the worst of the five Bayverse movies. Damn it, I might just breakdown and look him up on eBay, cause I don't see BA Ironhiney pulling off a resurrection anytime soon.

I do have the mechtech trailer, but it's from the KO as apparently an original version of the mold is near impossible to find these days. Still does everything I want it to! But I don't feel like spending another $50+ to get another one for Nemesis...

This set was one of the things I really wanted for Christmas as a kid but never got.
Thankfully the SS guys now fills that gap, but the legends set is still really cool.

The 2007 design, tie between the 1976 and 2007 camaro. Its such a classic design with lots of nostalgia to it.

Runners up would be WWII and Jeep, since they're Bumblebees that don't turn into Beetles/minicars or sports cars which makes them pretty unique. Also Jeep Bee's toy is really good and that helped sell me on the design.

Oh sweet, thanks!! I forgot that I can also check with ShowZ.

They don't have him in stock now, but in the past, when asked them about an item they didn't have in stock, they were able to add more in a couple of days.
Mine's the KO too, and I got it about 2 years ago from a fellow board member, at a really good price. So I hope that you're able to find one as well!!

Anyone find it a little weird how Hasbro advertises the super expensive BB movie Nemesis Prime on Hasbro Pulse but they haven't made any other BB Nemesis Prime merch?
