I'm still happy with siege Magnus, but I do love those shades on Kingdom mags.

And the more I look at dinobot, the more I love it. The juxtaposition of that spectacular bot mode and janky raptor mode tickles me.

 

Dear Hasbro, the Siege Magnus mode is just amazing. You know it, I know it, everyone knows it. Of all the Leader class figures from WFC so far, I would say it certainly remains my favourite.

The Kingdom version is also lovely! Definitely a new take. But Hasbro, come on. You know you can squeeze another remold out of this don't you? You know you can give us something beautiful. You can give us Thunderclash. A few tweaks is all it takes:

1. Fill these gaps in, make it smooth and sexy. (Just think you could probably also squeeze a PMOP out of this mold with this modification alone)
2. You know how every other Earthrise figure came with a kibble shield? Well why not stick on up here in the shape of Thunderclashes iconic windvane.
3. Let the windvane get plugged in via these 5mm ports here in small-botmode.
4. Look we don't need it, but while we are in the asking mood, why not replace this with something homaging TC's trailer cannon, or his trailer missle launchers.
5. Lads, you missed a autobot logo here. Just saying.

I do this to myself everytime a nice Generations truck comes along don't I. 'ooooh make it a Thunderclash'. I live in eternal hope.

Dinobot looks good to me, wouldn't say no to a Dinotron remold of that.

so, thoughts on recent reveals. Dino not looks great in robot mode, and laughable in Dino mode. Absolute failure. He genuinely looks like a roast chicken. AirRazor looks alright, no qualms. Will probably pick her up as my first fembot since Beast Hunters legion class Airachnid. UM better have no bloody blue paint, otherwise he looks passable but it’s not much of an improvement on the Siege one if it STILL has no method of articulating the truck cab. As it stands, I’ll just be picking up Rattrap, Paleotrex, Primal, probably BW Megatron and Vertebreak.

 

I'd buy it.

 

With you on Thunderclash (smoke Him a Kipper.....STAT!) But! Unlikely as it is I'd like Him done with his own mold, I think the core-bot can be done a lot better than this one and I'd like The Best Version we can get, just in case it's the only shot we get.

I'd take a Thunderclash, Powermaster Prime and a Piss or Delta Magnus from the UM version - and a Nova Prime from the Cybertron Prime version. It ticks so many boxes for me I can look past the backwards fists on the truck.

Without doubt, having him in his own unique mold would be the preference (could you imagine? I'd be jizzing my boxers for four straight months), but the realist in me knows that for all his popularity from MTMTE/LL, Thunderclash is still probably a bit too niche for Hasbro to make a full mold for him.

But then again, who ever thought we'd get modern monsterbots, clones or Flywheels?

Having some regrets about pre - ordering the beast wars stuff for Kingdom, initial hype made me want them, but after consideration I don't have much attachment to Beast Wars, and IDT don't allow any amendments to orders so I may have some Kingdom beast wars wave 1 stuff to shift when that comes in if anyone is interested?? Probably just going to keep Cyclonus and Core OP
