If you have at least seen a picture of Siege Magnus, you can know the front of the cab can be pushed up on his back with a rather ingenious mechanism.

 

You're totally right! Even in some of the backdrop images you can see it. This is what I get for posting from my phone first.

 

To be wholly anatomically accurate, the dinosaur hands should be pointing inwards, by modern paleontological interpretation. This orientation is suited for grasping (no opposable digits), and they did not have the bone structure needed to be able to rotate their wrists.

Maybe that's why the hands are limp, because the wrists are broken  .

 

Loving UM. If I knew this was coming, would I have gotten Siege UM? Eh, probably so, Siege UM is probably my favorite out of WFC so far. I love the inner bot, so I'm happy to see he looks very white. I do wish they had come up with a way to cover his hands better in his cab mode. Also, a painted bumper would've been nice.

Not into BW at all, but I think what they've done so far with them has been really neat. Dinobot's bot mode looks really good.

Thank Primus Dinobot's robot mode is so good, because that beast mode is not much better than the original.

Airazor is quite good. Too bad she's a non-character on the show.

Ultra Magnus is a compromise festival. They should have started from ER Optimus and made a new armour.

I mean if it was for AFA Grading I would understand, but surely you know just there is practically no price difference between MISB and MIB in a toy that has been only out for a year...

I think most parts of the armor should be compatible, though not sure about the chest, it locks into places on the Siege toy's cab that might be elsewhere on this one.

I am really wondering indeed how can they top WFC? Really curious what comes after this... will it be G1 still? There sure are more characters they could release. Or maybe they will start to revive Turbomasters and Predators alongside G2?

 

Either way it looks like the wrists are balljointed, so they should be repositionable.

 

Dinobot's alt is fine, but Hasbro knows people buy these for the robots and they nailed that mode.

 

The joints are located behind the bend, though, so they're always permanently bent.

 

Bleurgh. Neither mode on Magnus is very good.
Totally gonna get the Siege over this one.

Kingdom Magnus's trailer has less holes, the front and back part are mostly filled. The handlebars at the top are missing too, and overall they are smoother and have less greebles.
And I was right, the rockets are different too. Siege's were more G1 toy accurate, Kingdom's is more G1 cartoon accurate.
Also, the wheels are different too.
The big gun is the same, though.

I have a feeling they saw the leaks, some bigwig said "that's enough, they can't beat us with the reveals again" and ordered some poor schlob to quickly get the photos together.

 

Well.......shit.  

Was hoping they would rework the trailer seaction into something that really resembled the G1 car carrier. That would have instantly sold me on it. Currently I own the Siege Netflix variant but was hoping to upgrade to a more G1 look. Nothing against RiD, just prefer the car carrier. As it stands now, the only draw for me to get this one would be for the \"cleaner\" look.


On another note, I don\'t much care for BW toys, but that Airazor is a rockin\' robin!
