    After going round and round with them multiple times this year, I feel the need to repeat the warning: If it's a preorder, backorder, or special order item, don't expect to get it. If it's showing as in stock and available, you MIGHT get lucky. Otherwise, don't get your hopes up.

    They claim their store policy is "backorders/special orders unfulfilled for 45 days will automatically be canceled and refunded," but this is a lie. They will immediately take your money, sit on your preorder, and hope you forget about it. I had a backorder go for almost 3 months before I requested an update on the status, and they admitted they probably wouldn't get the item and canceled it.

    They have canceled more orders than I've ever received from them, by a wide margin. In some cases I've had to be the one to cancel stale, long unfulfilled orders, which is not so easy because they have no web functionality. To amend an order you have to call their voice line and wait on hold for a CS rep to manually change/delete any outstanding unshipped orders.

    The parent company, DirectToU LLC, also operates an ebay store and a handful of cloned sister sites like Blowitoutahere, which tends to have the same inventory, no free shipping, but slightly lower prices. And don't fall for these "buy 2 get 15% off" deals -- they have these rotating coupons all the time.

    I'm having no success with EE coupon codes--looks like they removed that? I've tried several I found, no joy with any.

    Edit: Looks like 3% back going through Rakuten.
