Those with experience ordering from these guys recently, how much longer do you reckon I have until there's some actual movement here?

 

im having the same issue with my bugbite order. i got an email on Nov 19th claiming that the item has "shipped". the tracker still states that USPS is awaiting the item. getting to be ridiculous. i plan on contacting them today.

 

These just got 2 Puerto Rico Isabela Wal-Mart

 

I was in a similar situation with Bugbite. I ordered him in a big order, after I ordered Greasepit and Hubcap. It said "shipped" on my Orders page, but no info other than that. No tracking, no email.

A few mimutes ago I got him on my front door, and was surprised he was here, since I was expecting Greasepit and Hubcap, who did have tracking info and had shipped. Checked my orders page, and there was all the info retroactively updated since I had checked yesterday.

My Bugbite order from November 18th still shows as processing but at least USPS Informed Delivery is showing that a label was created today. I really should have read this thread before making this order otherwise I would have stuck with my original Hasbro Pulse order that would have arrived a week ago.

 

interesting. bugbite is cursed! thats crazy it showed up without tracking. but I'm glad you got your stuff. i was kinda thinking the same thing might happen to me, where it just shows up unannounced. i sent email to EE this morning asking them to look into it. hopefully its already on its way. cuz i am really looking forward to bugbite. thanks for the feedback, makes me feel better, more confident.

 

Order placed for Wave 3 on 11/11. Supposedly shipped the dead of night last Monday. Coincidentally this was right after sending a few emails requesting cancellation of the order. So it has been a week since the shipping notice. USPS is still waiting for the package to be handed over.

Fuck these guys.

 

its probably going super saver through a 3rd party and the USPS is only delivering it in the final leg. At least mine did that way...same for my SW Black Mace Windu Ig11 and Heavy Artillery Mando. When you click the info on the email that says merchandise from your order shipped...there is a click down to see all travel history. It could be held up somewhere from the 3rd party...or that 3rd party just not give a damn and be like get to it when we get to it.

 

EE just charged me for GS Sandstorm, should have him by mid next week.  

 

Basically my experience with them. been waiting a month on my wave 3 order. Should have stuck with bbts. would have gotten it by now.

 

Anyone had any luck getting through to their customer service? They've been ghosting my emails about me return since last week. Several emails and a phone call, nothing. Tracking on my return shows delivered to agent and hasn't moved in over 2 weeks. Now I'm item-less, and refund-less. This sucks and I'm about to call my bank. Shoulda just resold it myself and ate the shipping cost.

 

it came today. like a few hours after it made it to my post office. also got my Earthrise Ratchet and Lifeline. when it rains it pours sometimes.

i only contacted them to cancel an item that was back ordered despite them saying it was in stock. only used them twice and haven’t been impressed.

 

The Bug Bite I ordered on Monday just shipped today USPS. edit: label created today, delivery unknown.

 

Not TF related but I got charged $722 meaning Snake Mountain is on it's way. Just an update on how some shipping routes are working.

 

You severely overestimate their pandemic shipping speed. Everything, at least of mine, gets stuck in tracking hell with Pitney Bowes. Shipping label gets created, estimated delivery date is posted, the package is handed off to a Pitney Bowes facility, and you hear nothing on the status until it arrives a month after the estimate.

 

I pay for FedEx. It's due next Wednesday.
