Label Update: The vinyl labels are not going to work. The font is too small and the router blade just can't handle the turn radius to cut out the letters on most of it. The 26 and the 'elf' on the front come out, but nothing else does. Not really worth the effort for just those two.

I'm going to translate the files and make myself a set of waterslides using laser printer waterslide paper. You can get it for about $10 a pack on Amazon. I'll post the files on here for free once I get them cleaned up—probably this weekend. The only one that won't be feasible is the 'elf' on the sides of the spoiler since you can't print white with a standard printer.

Sorry for the false hope, I really wish the vinyl cuts had worked.

i think a lot of V2 are fine. i got one that has no green ankle and no reverse hips. i'm just waiting for somebody to make a decent set of stickers for him or for them to do a real world deco/toy deco. i can't find that set of waterslides (i don't prefer those) that was posted earlier...gah. hopefully toyhax is looking at this. if not i'll have to track down those waterslides. plane jane as is is way too plane for me.

thanks for the update and the efforts man!

White decals can be printed on a professional laser printer. I believe that Staples has printers with white ink.

Well, technically you can print it on any laser printer...if you want to spend $200 on a white toner cartridge :p

In any case, I'll leave the white 'elf' on the labels just in case.

Sorry. I meant that you can take the file there and have it printed for maybe a buck.

I knew what you meant...I was just being facetious ;)

But thanks for pointing it out. I likely would have just killed the white parts without thinking of that.

So... anyone figure out a simply mod to get the neck and chest to tab together better?
I'm loving this figure overall, but that part is irritating. I also feel like I might have slightly cracked/bent the part of the neck armature which slides up and down on for transformation when swapping the heads, which seems to make fitting the neck together worse. :(

Is there a toyhax or reprolabels sticker kit for this figure? :)

After many, many delays, my supplier finally got his stock in and hot damn, seems I won the Speed Star lottery. Hips are correct, no green ankles, everything as it should be.

Only had to mess around with the figure briefly, but so far I really like what I'm seeing. I had considered cancelling my order and just sticking with MMC Sphinx, but I'm really glad I didn't. This Mirage looks so much better. I'm not normally a hyper toon-accurate kind of guy, but I'm really digging the clean lines of this guy.

That bodes well. @TFsExpress are getting me my missing engine block, so hopefully it means TE are starting to fulfill the backlog of requests for parts.

I haven't heard anything back yet on my parts...nor my spare parts Mirage. Was hoping i'd be able to put at least 1 Mirage together by now & the other could sit until the replacement parts situation was resolved one way or another. Guess i'll just have to keep waiting

The silver knee caps can skew off square slightly. All you have to do is loosen the screw and straighten them.

Nope. The only real issue is the green ankle flaps. The hip thing is more of inconvenience since it's a slightly more than easy fix. Green flaps need replacement.
