Shockwave has to be the most made legends figure. There is no shortage of legend shockwave figures.
I want a NA shockwave but not such an exciting reveal, need autobots NA, carbots and minibots... cmon now.
Hopefully shockwave doesn't look too titchy in comparison NA megs... i bet they add a stand/tower thing in with his box to bump up the price too, oh sorry i mean make it even more exciting.

 

Don’t worry, Newage likely have a lot of figures in the pipeline right now. The only reason they showed this off now was to give people second thoughts about the Magic Square one.

But seriously carbots, thats also the thing with their galvatron, a little frustrating if they are maybe thinking to string out season 1 2 completion with movie stuff etc.
It will probably be a relief to me rather than keep pace with releases but i need my intrest piqued here. Lol

Dude, this just means people can choose which one they prefer, rather than settling only to find out one that looks better is coming out later.

I was so tempted for so long to settle on MS ultra magnus, but I'm glad I didn't after seeing NA's

Similar thing with soundwave, I literally had MS wave in my basket when I found out about the Newage one

 

Yet if it doesn't scale/fit well with Ocular Max Assaultus, I'll hope for yet another G1 Legends Shockwave one to be revealed, maybe by MMC themselves. "Being wielded by Bruticus" is THE thing a small Shockwave needs to be able to do nowadays.

@grimtnt, there's the trade off; there are more viable options for a few characters instead of actually getting more characters. But I do understand why a lot of people would see the MS-NA race as a good thing

Everytime somebody makes a Shockwave, I just immediately think to myself that Shockwave has to just be the coolest looking Transformer ever made. Purple cyclops that turns into a laser gun. Quintessential Cybertronian.

Which is ironic since he wasn’t even a Takara product originally, but was a stowaway from another company!

But I agree, Shockwave’s design is tip-top. I think there’s a good reason that designwise he’s stayed pretty consistent over the years and through various incarnations.
