That’s pretty much my reading of Showz’s preorder policy.

I’m stressing a pair of preorders myself.

 

I think it can be seen on the Site itself.
But in General: almost all Shop Systems work like that.

I am working in the Business Sector myself. Also worked at a Storehouse often in my Life. It is the same everywhere:

"Please prepare already paid Items first"

So there can be a Delay, for those for example that pay a few Days AFTER they got the reminder Email. These are then put on the waiting line, compared to those who paid long ago.

It is just how economy works;
Greedy Customers first.

If the Delay however gets to long, you should contact showZ directly via Email
and ask if your Package can be Shipped.

I am always in close Contact with ShowZ Support (Frank) by myself, to make sure every Order will be send with UBI Hermes, to avoid me Customs Duty Tax here.

Also, As I said before, it can Help to WATCH your Pre Ordered Items, to know when they are "Incoming" and then Pay quickly. That way it should push you forward in the waiting line.

 

I pre ordered all my constructions at the same time, so I have no idea if Scavenger has been shipped or not because there’s no individual tracking  

 

I don't think you have pre-ordered from Show.Z 'cause I've paid full price long time ago but they tell me that the product is on the way to their warehouse.
So, we are all waiting!

As I said...Greed comes first.
First in, First out. Paid Full on March 2020.

But I just think, European Orders are handled / treated different,
because they are Shipped Out with UBI Hermes.
No FedEx or China Delivery Bullsh*t, so no stuck Packages, and no Delays.
All Packages arrive really fast. Usually within 2-3 Weeks.

It was the Case before...I do not remember which Figure it was.
but I had one on Incoming, It still said Incoming at the Item Page,
and wuuuush It was shipped out.
But on the Site, it still showed Incoming.

Giant axe arrived safely from the great team at TFS Express. Man, he's a big boy! Just fits inside the box with little room to spare.

 

Just checked my stack on TF Source, looks like they're not getting any more of the figures, Giant Axe included, until March. I was hoping he would come in so I could get free shipping on him and Smash.

 

I’m still waiting on replacement parts for Smash from Chosen Prime. I am honestly uncertain whether it’s taken five months because DS has no intention of fulfilling my retailer’s request.. or if TCP is to blame, because the last time I asked for replacement parts from them, I waited for over a year before they finally relented and let me do a return.. either way, I’m really not interested in this guy if every robot is going to break upon arrival, and replacement parts are not easily accessible. Is anybody interested in a complete Split and a Smash with a somewhat-repaired wheel before I put them on eBay tonight?

 

For all the positive reviews of TCP, I have heard lots of negatives about their after-sales support.

 

They are so great about everything else that after about a year following that first debacle, I caved and decided to try again. I’m currently sitting on this Smash, which they’ve been super-avoidant about just taking back (to the point that they’re getting testy with me about it; her last reply was just an explanation of how receiving replacement parts works, when I straight-up just said that if it is going to take more than a month that I would just like to return the damn toy)... And I just received an Athena from them that immediately broke out of the box. Once again, they were adamant that they could get a replacement part for it when I specifically asked to return her, as well.

No-cash-down preorders and their point system are great, but when they are difficult about stuff like this, I really don’t see how I can keep working with them. I get that they are a small operation, but it’s better to not drive customers away like this.

So these guys aren’t really MP scale? Like very far off? I don’t mean vehicle mode, but Long Haul is a good few inches shorter than MPM-4. I’m not a huge stickler for scale, but that’s a bit much.

 

They don't even scale properly with each other but what would you expect from a set of 8 figures combining into 1 monstrosity?

 

They're actually closer to scaling with SS in Devy mode. Otherwise scale varies. Mixmaster scales pretty well with MPM, while Scavenger would be closer to SS. Long Haul is neither really.

 

Giant Axe arrived today.

I am...suprised.
No Breakage Issues, No Pieces falling apart...and more Important:
NO LOOSE SCREWS.

Everything holds together very well.
Transformation is the easiest of the 3 so far. Used PrimeVSPrime Transformation Video step by step, did not have any Problems.

 

SO excited, mine shipped out from Showzstore a few days ago.

 

I got mine today but haven't taken him out of the box yet. No QC issues with the first 2 figures, but I can hear some loud rattling in the box, so I'm kinda affraid now...
