QQ: does Gigapower seal their boxes?

Update: Finally got my refund from yxclow. Ebay ruled the case in my favor, as shipping didn’t update like he said it would, but I’m still getting the “track package” option

 

Glad to hear you got your refund. Are you using the app? I've found it tends to be a bit screwy. Also like to mention I highly recommend mascotzone. Got my GrassorX yesterday, came in an astounding 10 days

Yup. I use them too.. they are great. They have Grasser Chrome in preorder

 

Got gutter. He is fantastic. Very heavy duty. Deco looks great. I wish the helmet and thighs would have been painted black though. As it is the bot mode looks a bit too washed out with silver everywhere except the chest. Other than that. No complaints. I recommend it.

 

Late to the party and just getting into GigaPower and weathered dinobots. I've been looking online and only found HQ-02X Grassor and HQ-03X Guttur for sale.

So I just wanted to confirm: GigaPower didn't release a whole set of weathered dinobots, just these two?

 

No..just 2 weather ver so far...so you are not that late.

 

While I think Giga's Weathered set looks AMAZING so far, it's not for me at this point, especially since I don't have a set of Dinobots yet. Just PO'd the entire chrome set the other day to be my set (unless FT puts out a reissue on their's, in which i'll double up and use GP's primarily as my dino mode set).

 

I noticed the metallic version was released years ago and just recently re-issued. Will we get a weathered re-issue for the weathered version in a few years as well?

 

Does anyone know if Gigapower is still active? I'm really hoping so, I have to try and reach out to their customer service for a hand fix :'(

 

Their CS is almost non existent. That said they are still slated to re release all their chrome dinos (when, i dont know, but their guttur has been pushed back for over 1.6 years so far) and they did just cancel their superator throne (sad face)

 

Crap.. I'll have to try my luck and reach out either way. The joint tolerances are super tight on my hands and one of the fingers broke, and I don't think I can super glue it. Aww man, that's a huge bummer to hear also. I remember seeing the prototype at tfcon a few years back and was hoping it would still see the light of day eventually

 

I got the chrome versions for the gigapower and I really want this but he price is a bit too steep

 

I just woke up...and saw Gigapower throne cancelled...then I saw pics from @ATLMYK the black to silver....why? I can't get into the weathered version...FREE BUMP!  

 

Yeah Chrome version is still the best one.

 

The improved face sculpt on the weathered is great, giga should release an improved head set for the other versions too.

 

Giga still alive? Haven't heard anything about the rest of the weathered releases. Starting to get worried at this point.

 

Pre-orders are still being marketed for the chrome versions. Myself, I've decided they're not for me. Been well over a month and not a word back from customer service about my hand issue. So, I'm going to get the 2 I have packed up and ready to list for sale. I've already looked up prices on GutturX, but not sure what I should ask for GrassorX, especially with the finger issue? Thanks in advance for any suggestions ☺️

 

Has there been any word of them continuing the weathered series? I love my Guttur (except one of his side skirts was so tight it snapped), his deco is the good kinda weathering, and much prefer the extreme reduction of knick-knacks. I still have Grassor mint, but if that's all she wrote on this subline I could go to ebay with him and fund a good couple waves of official toys.

Gigapower seems to lean reeeeally heavily into fans keeping the faith.
