I too feel a lot of story potential was lost as they ignored to I sociopathic part to make him just humorously vain. All Hail Megatron is the only place to kind of deal with that aspect, and even that was later undone when they blamed it on Bombshell’s manipulations and having him commit suicide to save the Autobots on Cybertron. I’d love to see a story where the writer takes a page from The Boys (TV version) regarding Sunstreaker.

but, since this is an ER appreciation thread, I’m still really looking forward to the figure. It may not be perfect, but it looks good, and Sunstreaker is a sentimental favorite. Not only because of goods potentially very complex character, but because he one of the half dozen figures I played with as a kid. I didn’t own him, but my best friend did.

 

Grabbed Sunstreaker and Fasttrack. Pretty good! Going to find a weapon for Sunstreaker since the thing he comes with really only stay on his back, the peg is too small for the hands. Fasttrack is great, but it makes me wish i scorponock.

 

I love the War for Cybertron Series, the ER mold really set a new standard.

Bumblimus Prime

 

Some minor modifications have been made to Bluestreak. See if you can spot them. Also had to buy two as my first one had windshield scratches and paint chip on the face. I will polish and silver sharpie them out later.

 

How easy was it to pop off the head? I want to replace mine completely with a different head. I'm not a fan of the Season 2 Floro Dery faces.

Well considering you can't find any of the earthrise Optimus mold in my area...

 

Just push it forward. The slightly less easy part was prying the helmet apart as mine was glued in a couple of places. I used an xacto knife to split it. Went in from the bottom (giggity) to avoid potential scraping.

Sunstreaker doesn't have many ports, but i was able to come up with this:

I just picked up Nonnef’s weapons packs. A grey and black set. $10 for 6 guns. They’re intended for minibots but they work great for deluxes too.

because sometimes they just don’t know. 99% of the time they don’t know it’s an exclusive if it’s a toy. The case doesn’t say most the time and these arnt transformers nerds who stock them. These are folks that stock pallets and pallets of stuff a day. When the delivery gets broken down they get tossed on go-carts and get taken on the floor. If the case doesn’t get scanned(happens more than you’d think) the employee just opens it and stocks it. No one knows until someone scans it.

LOL then you figured wrong. This was made long before those guys even existed. Before the Hasbro Computron giftset came out, Scattorshot had in individual release so that is the base body. Good guess tough
