Wasn’t there a dendobrium a few years ago? I thought I saw a “figure” one but all I can find now are pictures of the HGUC kit.

There was a MSIA Dendrobium, and the HGUC behemoth.

Not entirely Off Topic since the Mechanical Designer Junya Ishigagi is involved with Gundam, but Square has unveiled the prototypes for their first set of Structure Arts model kits from XENOGEARS!!
    『ゼノギアス』ヴェルトール、ヴィエルジェ、ヘイムダル、ブリガンディアがプラスチックモデル組立キットシリーズ「ストラクチャーアーツ」に登場!あみあみで予約受付中!
All four of the first primary Gears in one complete set, in 1:144 scale featuring Weltall, Heimdal, Brigander, and Vierge!
Pretty relevant for me, because it was one of my favorite games of all time, and the name of the Gear was part of the inspiration for my "character" name. Though I pronounce it with the 'W' instead of the German 'V' .

    Onto the next project!

Here's a concept that I've had since September 2008 (that's the timestamp on my Photoshop file for a color mockup): Wing Zero EW/Custom, but in Epyon colors.
Never went further than snap-fitting the MG Wing Zero EW/Custom back in 2009. Fast-forward 12 years, and after I hacked away at the MG Wing ver.Ka recently, I figure I might as well pump through this one too to get the "old" Master Grades out of the way.

First order of things: the feather-wings don't work for the Epyon. Needed to find a replacement.
I had a spare MG Noir Striker sitting around, but couldn't figure out a way to nicely transplant the Noir Striker's wings onto the Wing Zero EW's backpack. Plus, I didn't like the Wing Zero EW's backpack anyways; the wing connection sat too tall.

Then I remembered I had the MG Astray Blue Frame's adapter option parts; in particular the one adapter that let you connect MG Striker packs onto 1/100 Seed kits. Then I started the cobbling.

Need to fit the adapter onto the torso.

Figured it made the most sense to connect it to the center/core part that the backpack originally connected to.

After a bunch of cutting and filing and gluing.

Voilà, a MG Wing Zero EW that is compatible with MG Striker Packs.

And it stands! He's kind of back heavy, but he totally was with the feather-wings already anyways.

I tried fitting the MG IWSP pack on him, but it doesn't fit because of other clearance things (namely the shoulder-machine-gun pods get in the way).

that's one of my teenhood favorites!! a ravenously hungry budding young Mechahead Anime fan,
i remember having my mind blown in 1998 by an RPG... where the characters pilot Mecha!!!

like an especially good OVA or series, Xenogears stands alone as an experience to behold.

i just went through Xenosaga I and III (II is inspired, but terribly executed) and saved the best (Xenogears) for last...

According to the article, they will be available starting in March, at regular retail. Just a matter of figuring out who's going to have them. I haven't seen their other pre-order listings for the other structure art kits they're producing at my usual sources like BBTS yet.

Xenogears was the game that killed my PlayStation, I played THAT much. Great story, gameplay, and excellent music. I've had every Xenogears soundtrack as my permanent playlist since 1998.
I couldn't play any of the Saga chapters, but I loved the music. It's a series it's been long overdue for merchandise of this caliber, finally getting the attention it deserves!

Fantastic! I'm so glad they're not a website exclusive. I've never played the game their from, but they look awesome, especially Vierge.

So my giftee was able to get home super early and was able to receive what I bought him from USAGundam Store last week:

He'd asked for the Full Burnem and the Beyond Global, and I could have simply stopped there, but he also had previously posted a small collection of HGUC from the side stuff and specifically he was lacking any Zeon suits from War in the Pocket so that had to be addressed. And the Tallgeese...I find it funny and I didn't want the whole thing to be exclusively Universal Century, so it was a 'stocking stuffer' if you will.

Of course, the side effect of all this is that I might end up having to get the Gelgoog Jeager for myself sooner or later. It looks like a wonderful little kit and I really need more monoeyes that aren't simply variants of Zakus.

I have to assume that's a recent thing since the first real order I got from them, which was MG REX, only included a basic black rectangle sticker showing a V-Fin and their website in red text, but Sahalenthropus which I got over the summer came with a Barbatos Lupus.

They have a pack of 4 right now of I guess the 'first series' of stickers.
    https://www.usagundamstore.com/products/sticker-pack-june-july-august

Dynames must be their current free sticker as EVERYBODY who is getting stuff on the reddit from USAGundamstore is showing that sticker off. Likewise, Newtype seems to be including a quartet of stickers - three Chibi versions of the Unicorn Gundams and their own name logo - and I wouldn't mind getting those for my laptop.

So next year is the 30th anniversary of 0083. Really hoping for some HG Revives for the GP01, GP01FB, and GP02. The 02 especially since the 01 suits at least have RGs to fall back on. Not getting my hopes up though since we got a MG for the Alex last year and the closest we've gotten to a new HG Alex is the awful Tristan.

I will eventually return to mine... but it won't be another eight years before I do.

Well, figures with the Holiday tomorrow the obvious travel/traffic/shipping delays wouls stop me from receiving my P.Bandai Expansion sets. There's that FedEx Reputation I thought I had gotten past.. oh well.

Gunjap is starting to post the Gundam Base reviews of the Wing Zero Version 2.0/Ka and the parts breakdown is impressive.
Gundam Base Review MG Wing Gundam Zero EW Ver. Ka part 1 | GUNJAP

One key thing to notice is the gate extension marks on some runners that indicate Katoki Rainbow Bird Wing Gundam Version 2.0 could very well become a reality in 2021. Place your bets!
