I noticed a new credit card charge from Walmart which lines up with the prices of Bee and Soundwave, but they still show as "Delayed, check back later for an update" on my Walmart order history. Is this normal? I don't recall these pending charges occurring before.

 

Normal.
When I preorderd 35th Bluestreak it pre-authorized at order, then when it got close to release date it started pre-authing every two weeks. I eventually found Bluestreak in store and cancelled the order (over a month after release date). Oddly, the 35th Soundblaster I ordered with Bluestreak shipped on time, right when the pre-auths for Bluestreak started.

 

I was originally only interested in Bumblebee and Elita-1 but I’ve since dropped interest in Elita-1 for Red Alert...

I have Arcee and Lifeline is on the way, so I’d rather Sideswipe have one of his brothers (R.I.P. my chances of finding Sunny) than a third generic girl robot.

 

Is there any news about these guys in Canada yet?

Third generic? That's odd to say considering Elita-1 has several newly molded parts and a better paint job.

She has a lot of newly molded parts and looks nice, I’m not arguing that. Just with my smaller scale collection, I decided I’d rather have Sideswipe and a redeco / retool and Arcee and a redeco than three figures based on Arcee and only one based on sideswipe.

 

Went to Walmart to get some last minute Thanksgiving stuff.... and they still have the lone Hotlink amid the sea of Grapples, Scrappers, and Blitzwings... with some gimmicky Cyberverse hanging on the pegs above.

 

I’m going to stick with Titans Return Bumblebee and give up on Netflix Bee. The walmart I work for has had nothing new in over a month (Transformers, Marvel, Star Wars, etc). Add insult to injury we get in five pallets a night of toys but not a single box goes to the action figure aisle.

And I’m not about to spend 60 dollars plus on eBay. Its not like Hasbro is going to give him a mainline rerelease if they haven’t learned from their mistakes with GI Joe’s Cobra Island. F*ck Walmart and f*ck Hasbro.

And in a few weeks these will be everywhere and scalpers will have moved on to the next thing people are too impatient to wait for.

Agreed. I'd employ some hustle if you want Netflix Bumblebee. They were sighted here in Minneapolis this weekend and sold out within a couple of hours!
