Are you just trying to argue for the sake of arguing? The show is inconsistent at best and leakers have already confirmed that Rodimus Prime is going to have the battle platform/separate trailer section that the majority of his g1 style figures have had. Your arguments for a fully integrated trailer are a fruitless endeavor at this point and the argument is tiresome.

Why are we still talking about Kingdom Rodimus pages later in this Studio Series ‘86 thread?

Can someone explain to me the mechanics of how winning an argument about Rodimus's trailer on a fan site will result in Hasbro changing the figure to match the winner's preferences?

Then don’t reply. I think everyone on this site knows which one of us argues for the sake of arguing.
I know he’s coming with a battle platform. I don’t think I disputed it. I wish he wasn’t, and I don’t think he needed to. And if they were going for show accuracy, I think there is a stronger case against the platform than there is for it. But my side has already lost, I’m fully aware of that fact.

I don't know man. Between the ridiculous arguments over Grimlock's sword and the "to trailer or not to trailer" Rodimus that have consumed something like the last 10pages of this thread, I'm about to bounce. There's only so much inanity I can read before my own brain cells start dying.

So I just bought Siege Springer to go with my SS86 bots. He’s an ok figure except for that horrible battle damage paint job.

So I assume now that I’ve purchased him there will be an announcement of a slightly remoulded version with no battle damage soon? :D

I know a lot of TFW2005 fans hate partsforming, especially of integral vehicle mode parts... but I really hope his wheels come off to act as a shield and backpack. He should also come with an axe, and if they wanted to be really awesome to the fans, Hasbro would make the stomach open to reveal a small TV set, like the scene in the movie. Other options would be the rectanglular piece of junk he banged on in the movie, or the Quintesson Journal from later episodes.
A real long shot, Hasbro could include 2-3 extra heads and sooooo many fans would buy extras for troop builders (I'm sure many will buy as troop builders anyway).

I really don't care about whether Rodimus had a trailer or not. The animation model for his robot mode was clearly modeled after the toy without the trailer, and the trailer itself will add a lot to the fun factor by having more display options.

The same with Magnus having a white Optimus Prime robot. It wasn't in the cartoon, but it adds more to the figure.

Thank you for the info! I wonder if the Selects release will have anything extra like more accessories. Apparently I should have waited longer!

I would totally buy that. I'd love it if they could remold so the cockpit was just a little bigger.

don't sell your siege one just yet, these rumors are far from confirmed and seem a little shaky

Does anyone know if the Sharkticon figure will be smaller that the Allicon?

(I’m kinda hoping so. Maybe closer to Cliffjumper in size. But not getting my hopes up).

Question... all the promo images for the 86 Grimlock have a solid gold neck, but the BBTS images show transparent gold on the neck. Are there two different versions or are BBTS pics wrong?

I wonder what the SS86 of Bumblebee will eventually look like. New mold? Or just a shiny lemon recolor of the Netflix one?
