I already own Ironworks and Airwave. I'm looking forward to buying Greasepit, Hot House, and the Galactic Odyssey Collection when they all become available. Does anyone think Hasbro will release more Micromaster bases?
I would love some new molds, but since they seem to be out of the Micromaster game for the moment, I doubt we will get them. Though now I'm thinking I want a Voyager Fossilizer/ Modulator built around a sauropod skeleton.
Larger Weapon/Modu/Fossilizers would be great. A commander class one that splits into a shit-ton of weapons/base parts/smaller robots would be awesome.
I wouldn't mind retools of the heads. As long as the repaints are new characters, I'm always happy to see the G1 cast retroactively expanded.
I was hoping for Groundshaker’s ATV and Skyhopper’s helicopter since we got them in the 10-pack. A retooled Doubledealer could work as the ATV.
Modern Hasbro is definitely okay with adding to old "sets" even after the line they were a part of ended, so I think some may happen. The only real problem being that they may be harder for them to "justify" in their minds in a future that has no Micros to go with them. (Although, on that point, I could see them putting a micromaster or two in a pack at the Core pricepoint once in a while.) That said, I would be all for characters like Erector or Overload getting made at deluxe or voyager with transforming trailer bases. Those would also work standalone better than the purely-base guys.
That little dude with the green face. My mind went straight to "Baby Yoda Transformer" Anyway, on topic: Since Hasbro is doing these Deluxes+ and charging Voyager price for them, I think new mold baseformers with acompanying micros would be a lot better than Figure plus unnecesary guns/that one accesory frim that one scene.
