Also +1 for Shinobi. Road Rash was just a fave of mine full stop. Might fire up the Mini Megadrive tonight when Mrs B has gone to work!

Lots of great games and RR being another.

Bought a Nintendo Switch for my son for Xmas. He’d been talking a lot about them and he really wants Super Mario (level) Maker 2. He likes to create his own platform levels. Only 7. I’m up for playing super bomber man or Mario kart.

Apparently my wife asked him what he wants from father Xmas last week and he rattled off a list of items that were on a par with empty cardboard boxes. She got emotional listening to him under play what he really wants.

He has no idea that he is getting a Switch. I cannot wait to his face on the day.

I've got a full cast except Tracks and UM, and I'm not sure whether we're expecting a plus of the former and v2 of the latter...

If there's no Tracks+ version announced in the early New Year, I might be interested if you still have him. I'm fairly sure UM will get redone to scale better, so I don't want to drop that much money on something I'd personally 100% want to replace.

Don't let Megs go for cheap! Especially if it's the improved reissue.

Runabout and Runamuk are in the house!
    6B5E562C-EC03-447A-A27D-3516C4607E50.jpeg
First impressions of Runabout are great, he’s a good looking robot with metallic paint on his face I hadn’t noticed in the previews.
Overall the joints are tight and the legs are particularly stiff. I’ll transform him later and I will try and capture a couple of better shots in good lighting but he’ll have to wait as I’m off to pick up an Argos order.

    :)
    Good morning folks!
I snoozed and I missed him on the link you sent me - DOH! Still looking for a Runabout if anyone has a spare available plus I am keeping an eye on the usual suspects in case a spare pops up on their websites.
    ;)
Done the same for my 7 yr old lad! He's always watching YT videos of people playing Switch games, so taken by them, he loves Pokemon so bought Sword & Shield plus gonna pay for a years subscription to Nintendo so he can get a few freebies online! :D

@Lord Raze Since I was signed up to German Prime, my sis the UK one, and them messing about with your card all without asking, it's probably safe to assume it's not a computer error. It's actually too random to be that!

@Large The MS never gets the recognition it deserves as a system, pound for pound it was comparable to it's nearest rival AND it's own successor.

Plus the box art was amazing whatever the game!

So I’ve had a chance to transform both of the Battlechargers and whilst the transformation is simple enough the cars don’t an together all that well.
Essentially the roof and side panels allow for on or the other to be tabbed in, but not both.

I keep thinking I’ve missed a step in the transformation sequence, but I haven’t.
They look like they’re going to explode into robot mode at any moment (which is kind of on brand for them).
Does anyone who has had Runamuk for a while have any way to fix this.
I really wanted to love these guys but the vehicle mode is killing it for me.

YMMV as it seems the tolerances are all over the show on these figures, but when you transform the legs into the car front, make sure you're tabbing the thigh tabs into the holes within the lower legs. I had the same problem as one leg wasn't playing ball, gave it a good push in and all good.

The arms tab into the legs in an up and over fashion.

Don't rotate the head backwards either, some people were doing that and it knackers clearance.

Tried again and really squeezed those thighs and legs together, they go in but this time they give a satisfactory click.
I wasn’t turning the head as that whole section just doesn’t look like it would handle any stress.
The result is much improved and they hold together much better so many thanks for the helpful info @Napalm
I also found attaching the front windshield before lowering the boot/rear wheels helped lock it all into place.
DE1C8F5E-7348-42F1-ABE0-1C652F7A508B.jpeg Now I’m happy with the results.

Sega's The Ninja is such an amazing and underrated game. Female protagonist in the arcade.
