Yeah, if I'm correct, that is designed so that the hard plastic cape can fit in there without making a weird pose.

I do this weird ritual where I don't open figures immediately, instead I wait for the right time. Today was Snake Eyes and my copy is fantastic. The left ankle is a bit loose but all of the other joints are nice and tight. He and Scarlett look awesome together! His backpack really throws his balance off so I'm going to get some Marauder stands.

My Red Ninjas from Walmart are on back order now.

 

So, a fun trend I've noticed at my local walmart, is that someone is putting random figures from other series into boxes and retuning them. An example from today is a cobra commander box with a red ranger and all his accessories included inside. I give points for the person for including everything in the box, but also annoyed he took a damn cobra commander....

Any vintage Joe experts can give a rough estimate of this figure 1982 Cobra Enemy Soldier Series 1 release 1982 (Assuming straight arm)?
Its factory sealed.
Cant find any recent sales record but loose complete ones.
