How can I get Mucks faux wheels to be flush so car mode actually look good? Target needs to start shipping Runabout and Thrust! My copy of Sunstreaker will not tab in well, Runamuck is kinda like that too

 

I've got some Voyager-scale ion blasters showing up any day now. Got tired of waiting for Hasbro.

 

The only solution I’ve seen is chopping them off.

For the PC-16 blaster, prefer this version over the updated ones from the PE-DX10 and 11 remolds (don't like the new notched barrel although it adds blast effects compatibility).

 

Anyone else received their figure without the back piece to complete the transformation?

It was sealed with the plastic ties and a space for the back piece in the plastic shell just like Hub Cap.

My Sunstreaker doesn't tab into car mode well either. Looks good when it's done, but a bit of a pain to get there.

I really want a Buzzsaw figure. And yes, it's weird that we gave us Wingthing but not Buzzsaw. Hasbro loves doing recolors for easy money, so you'd think they would have made one.

Glad I got Hubcap. Really liking his colors, and I'm glad they bothered to give him a different headsculpt than Cliffjumper.







I can't help but thinking how odd it is that they did such a good job with the yellow on a GS figure of a lesser known character while Sunstreaker, who is a better known and a mainline figure, got the treatment he did.

Yeah, I must admit I felt a bit old too when I was doing that one.  

 

CJ mold in general is slathered with paint, so Hubcap is going to look more uniform compared to Sunstreaker. I've seen both Hubcap and Sunstreaker in person at local stores, and yeah, Hubcap definitely does pull off the yellow much better.

Shockwave Lab Cyberverse blaster with modding work

The SL pegs and ports do actually work, unlike MW. However, still replaced the white 3d printed peg with a black resin peg. Also did some light sanding work and repainted with matte black lacquer spray.

 

Has anyone bought the Nonnef upgrade parts for ER Trailbreaker? I've yet to buy "filler parts" for any of my figures; but I am considering it for TB.

Wanted to know how they are first.
