Heh, I hadn't considered the X as a Cross but that works too! Come to think of it isn't there a Transformer called Crossfire?
Ok from a quick TFWiki search it looks like Crossfire has been a TFP Episode and an event in one of the games but not a bot. Maybe I'm thinking of Crosshairs?
But I think I might call the X-Jet bot X-Fire pronounced Crossfire ^^

Oh man imagine if that comic had come out ON your birthday all these eons ago? :D

Also that graphic novel looks pretty wild:lol

Played with a few settings on my phone, I've been letting it automatically set everything and it's been hampering my photos a bit. These seem a bit better. But still not quite where I want them to be.

I'm still not the sort to have enough patience to edit my photos, so anything that improves them at the point of taking them is a big help.

If you’re on IOS, you can crop down photos afterwards to help centre things better. Like if a figure is off centre, just crop down the image a bit to put the fig where you want it to be.

Yeah, that helps. My phone has a quick edit feature which is great for quick cropping. I know some of the better TF photographers can spend up to an hour editing a single image and you can't argue with the results, but I'm not wired that way.

I'm furloughed again so I'm chucking a bunch of stuff on ebay to cover the shortfall and occupy my time.

Things like Titanium War Within Prime. Looks great thanks to the Don Fig design but what a floppy piece of shit. Anyone wants it let me know. I'll share the ebay link later on today.

Had to go to Smyths to pick up Christmas gifts for nephews.
Couldn’t resist adding a cheeky Trailblazer to the order as consolation for the local store still not having Bumblebee or Elita 1.
Picked up comics from FP and grabbed Sunstreaker whilst there.
Then Christmas presents for my partner arrived from Amazon whilst I was out with a bonus Ironworks.
To top off the day I’ve had my dispatch note from SAF for Runabout and Runamuk.
That’ll do for the week and it’s only Monday.

and many happy returns of the day @barry

Finally got to open up the MFT Sharkticons I took delivery of last week.

I have to admit the quality of them is great. The paint apps and finish IMO is far superior to that of the Hasbro Gnaw figure. They come with wrist articulation which the original does not have. In addition MFT also provide guns that the original never came with. The limbs are nice and tight as well. I’ve not put the antennas on. Quite a struggle seeing them up close and a bit fiddly trying to fix them on without breakage.

If anybody is currently looking at Sharkticons, I’d recommend these over the originals. I’m very happy with MFTs version.

Today those two are 27 years old.

Christmas 1993 A.K.A. that one with the odd "third entries" Sonic.
The two previous holly night having been blessed with Sonic 1 and Sonic 2 it felt like almost innapropriate to not have a Sonic 3 under the three, almost like a treason, but the good samaritans at Sega Technical Institute, between a Kid Chameleon and a Comix Zone, knew what's up for their financial report and all the while fighting the nightmare that was Sonic 3 devellopement, gave us Sonic Spinball. A pretty neat idea all things considered. And a pretty nice game too. I don't know what's its reputation nowadays but it's still a really fun game to play.
Of course it wasn't the star of that merry night, that was another animal mascot plateformer in blue (armor), almost like Konami knew they had the perfect opportunity to fill a void, but hey Rocket Knight Adventures was, and still is, perfection. So much that only having a Sonic spinoff for the time being was more than enough.
Yes kids, we're talking about a time where Sega and Konami excited our minds.

Sonic Chaos on the other hand was purely japanese, and only saw an european release for the Master System. Made by the same team which made Sonic 2, it shares its flaws: It feels a little empty, and even less inspire level design wise. It's still a little fun game, but it's no Sonic 1 at all. The team will fixe that with the next one, Sonic Triple Trouble. Also they later made what is perhaps the most gorgeous 8 bit game: Deep Duck Trouble starring Donald Duck, so hey, thanks guys.

Anyway all this to simply say: We're talking about third entries with only two games, something aint right. Something's missing.
And that's where @barry saves the day again. Could you believe that guy decided to get out on this very day only for this post to be super coherent some years later ? he's the superhero we all need.
    Happy Birthday my friend !

    @SJW,
I'm really liking the metallic paint used on those Sharkticons, and nice shiny teeth too!

Mando Monday time again. So far the following have been revealed,

Vintage Collection Greef Karga (Series 2 attire)

Vintage Collection Child with frog & crib with stand ( This one will mean I keep the Razor Crest version MOC )

Oh man seeing that old Master System packaging design takes me back! First console I ever played on, owned by my Dad :)

I've also opened up the apology Allicon from Hasbro and TBH right now I'm wishing I'd picked the proferred Fasttrack instead this guy just doesn't 'click' for me :/
Oh well, one reason I picked him was because I wasn't really sure about him so at least I'm not out money on him. I'll give myself some time to think in it but watch this space - I might just end up putting him up for sale or trade on here.

If you’re missing the set do you want me to see if Mrs. O is able to get any more in with FP Manchester?

I keep meaning to pick some of these up! The more Sharkticons the merrier :D

MPM Jazz turned up first thing this morning from Kapow along with a smashing ‘Do You Read Sutter Cane?’ badge from Horror Marketplace on Etsy :D

Glad I picked him up as £40 is a bloody bargain!! I don’t like his weird starfish hands but that’s my only complaint (although I have zero use for the fake spine and the wee running fella figure either, but at least they’re optional) :D

Managed to transform him into robot mode with no instructions straight out of the box, but I suspect I’ll need to take a peep at them to transform him back again as there’s a fair bit of fiddling and twiddling involved.

Very much a major step up from Human Alliance Jazz and then some!
