I can't say I was hoping for this but I'm glad its happening. Doing the 2 mode display so this will do nicely. Just need to decide if I should go toy or toon for Swoop. Real life decisions here.

 

dammit MFT, re-release metallic gold toy set!!!

 

They say 'Blue Swoop', but judging by the pictures, isn't that the metallic blue (toy) variant? There is a sparkling difference in the greys, comparing Swoop to the rest of the Dinos. That doesn't look at all like a cartoon paint deco, to me.

 

Don't know and your maybe right. I didn't follow these when they were all originally released. If anything, just pointing out that there is two options, not one, as the original post about these coming back was focused on just the red Swoop.

 

that is definitely the metallic swoop in those pics. but maybe those pics are just stand in's until MFT gets some new ones out.

 

I am going to send Terry TF a message if the blue swoop still come loose.
He had the blue Swoop up for pre order for such a long time now.

I did the same with Show.Z Store - asking them if that metallic-blue Swoop, alongside the comic color Dinos, is just a placeholder, or if there's any confirmation on the actual toon-blue Swoop being included with the set - and as for right now they don't seem to know exactly about it (they simply replied 'we think it's the blue one').

A Metallic Sludge reissue is an "In demand" item I would say more than the animated one.

 

I tried asking hzj401 on ebay if he would be carrying the dinobot reissues individually or as the sets so I could pick up the blue animated swoop without the set... he said I could order the metallic blue one boxed. Has anyone else gotten a better response from hzj?

 

So glad I pre-ordered this guy. I held off on buying the original Springer, because I had hope they'd eventually release v2. I am pretty pleased!

I'm still relatively unfamiliar with MFT - I've only got their Ultra Magnus, Blaster and Astrotrain - so I wonder... Should we really expect another Ramhorn, or could that be just a placeholder?

 

i mean that is it for now. the maroon one came with the first version of blaster. i am sure whenever MS drops their blaster 2.0 he will have all the minions and stuff. but for now this is it outside of the IF beast.

 

Since ramhorn is a ko , I dont think we will get something else unless magicsquare makes the other tapes
