This is more what I’m hoping for, but true toy colors would be ok as well.

 

Picked up these 2 today. They also had Bumblebee and Elita-1, but I passed on them since they are all still $18 each. I really liked the Red Alert figure, so I grabbed this one, which looks better in person than all of the videos and pictures I saw. I was originally going to pass on it. I also got Impactor since I missed his first run and even though I am not a huge fan of the colors, I decided to just grab it anyway since I was binging at that point. Lol Excited to open them up.

Because if I was able to get those figures at that price I wouldn't even doubt it.

I will most likely be able to find them at double the price only.

 

I thought Marvel colors were the toy colors. I’m not sure what IDW colors are. Energon would be a homage I guess, since the mold won’t match the Energon character. Could be retooled, I guess.

That was definitely one of the quotes, I've seen him make the claim elsewhere as well, but can't find it at the moment. Even if he didn't directly state it he has implied it multiple times, and given what we actually know of the figure, it calls the credibility of that information he provided into question

For me I will buy both. Especially for the accesories, but the other one colors, it’s just not for everyone

 

Kinda sounds like kingdom galvatron is gonna be the spoiler box leader in Netflix. Or is he part of that subline you mentioned earlier?

 

The comics were certainly much closer to the toy than the movie was. I'm not hoping for anything specific - color schemes can be made or broken by the shades, placement, and figure - but if they can get something that appeals to both the toy and comic fans it would be nice.

I meant the other galvatron that catz was talking bout with the different paint and accessories.

 

i think he just has different paint, with the one in kingdom being the one with different accesories, and that other galvatron seems to be selects

 

Reading these messages makes me think ome of the special versions of Galvatron may have something to do with the scene Megatron gets reformated to Galvatron. Maybe the colors have some sort of grid pattern.
