I have the G2 version and they do not. It's kind of annoying, actually.

No click for sideways movement. The new legs also took away some support plastic that would have prevented backwards rotation of the ankle. Doing the heels one “click” down will help to counteract the backwards rotation.

Three seems a good number to me for the Allicons. I have two ordered from Pulse and my third will be the bailiff from the Pit set - which unfortunately doesn't arrived until March but I think will be worth the wait.

My ER Prime's Matrix is just the opposite - it's a bit of a pain to get out.

Is the paint on Runamuck glossy or flat? It it's the latter, it seems odd to me that they would paint him as opposed to using white plastic.

It's basically like a flat, matte finish. There is a slight sheen to it when the light hits it a certain way, but I'm hesitant to say it's satin paint. That's why I'm concerned about it getting so dirty because I used to work in retail with paint. Flat paint sucks for trying to keep it clean. I've already seen one user though who put a glossy clear coat over their copy which looked very nice. Not sure if I'm brave enough to try that though as I'm lousy at that sort of thing. But yeah, I do wish Hasbro would've just stuck with solid white plastic for the whole figure instead of so much paint.

So do I. It’s my only real complaint with certain recent figures. Runamuck, cliffjumper, ironhide is hodgepodge of glossy and matte. I worry about getting dirty but also worry we’re seeing the unfortunate return of sticky paint syndrome that afflicted 2008 universe figures like Prowl and Ironhide.

Hadn't planned on getting either of these guys, but I saw them in Target, marked down to $17 apiece, and then BOGO half off on top of that, so... (shrug)

This guy also arrived today. I love him! But between him, Bumblebee, and Cliffjumper, think I'm at capacity on this mold.

This also helps with the top/back heaviness. He'll fall flat on his @$$ without intervention. Like a drunk.

The glossy clear coat sounds like a good idea. How well does that hold up on a transforming action figure. I have no experience doing that sort of thing.

Bug Bite does look cool. Once he arrives I will just be waiting on Bumblebee (though it's a Walmart pre-order, which makes me nervous). I also like Hubcap quite a bit, but I can see how he wouldn't be to everyone's tastes.

Was I the only one thinking EArthrise = return of Optimus Prime ? With Skyline and Quintesson resleased at the same time, made a short clip with paramount special effects and budget :D

I was lucky enough to find Bumblebee in a Walmart yesterday. Just need Soundwave.

Somehow I managed to put everything on display although the amount of great figures teased in Kingdom or SS86 is concerning :redface2:

I can't prove it, and I doubt anyone will ever confirm it, but I'll go to my grave convinced that this toy was designed in such a way as to say "if you want to hop on Shapeways or something and make a spoiler, perhaps consider 5mm pegs to go in these holes we've provided"

I agree that it might be a good idea, but sorry, I have no idea how well it would hold up for transformation. Never tried something like that before. Anyone else got an answer for @Deltron Magnus?
