They could always use the commander size class but I understand why they wouldn't want to. Not everyone knows the character so there's a risk of it not selling successfully. I hope they can look back and rethink because I think I can speak for everyone - WE NEED DEVCON.

Your outdoor shots are super refreshing! Everyone needs to take outdoor shots every now and then at least.

Phones are smaller and more expensive, does that mean they're worse? You say engineering is better then toss it away like it doesn't mean much, when in transforming toy design good engineering is MOST of what matters. Transformers are way more accurate, posable, and detailed than at any point in human history, but since they have less paint and the parts count is lower then that automatically means they're worse? G1 toys were heavy af and had lots of stickers and shit, does that mean they're better toys than what we have now? They were also bricks that usually didn't even look like the on-screen character half the time.

In the end it all comes down to what you prefer (some people just want toys that they like and they don't care if they look like the character so whatever that's fine), but to me this argument holds no weight since if one of the main goals of a toy is to look and feel like and represent the character (especially something like studio series) then they're doing better than ever.

Oh wait sorry I mean to say "people are dumb for ordering $20 scouts with some extra lines"

Its nice to see the Philippines looking so clear! Tagaytay is beautiful. So does anyone notice that Starscream and Ss-5 Prime have been seemingly around for forever at Amazon? I really hope that during this live action drought that some waves restock. Would like to get another Jazz Scrapmetal and Shockwave (who has sold out at most places now).

 

Pragmatically speaking, I've seen enough sales and discounts online to think you might as well wait and save at least a few bucks, especially since SS isn't as a strong seller as WFC.

Granted I've also seen where the aftermarket can go, so I can understand how people think MSRP is a good price.

 

Yeah, I've learned to preorder figures that are needs for my collection after seeing how distribution works out sometimes. I'm so glad I preordered DOTM Prime, I think I only saw it in stores once.

 

Plus rising inflation and material prices over time. Not only has the Deluxe figure price increased, but so has beer and other essential items.

and after the slug, strafe and scorn do you guys think we’ll get snarl, slog and slash even tho they weren’t in AOE or TLK?

i think we’ll get scorn then strafe then slug. scorn seems to be the second most popular behind grimlock but he’s obviously gonna be the first in almost every continuity.

I think Scorn is the next likely dinobot leader as you could probably remold Grimlock into it or they just might make a new mold entirely for him. I think Slug and Strafe will be Voyagers though you can make the argument that Slug could be a leader. I highly doubt we'll see the toyline exclusive dinobots made into SS figures.

 

SS doesn’t really reuse molds except figures like bumblebee that only exist to fill out the line and make some quick sales and some other people exceptions like drift and the same character in different movies/versions
