Kinda disappointing, but with a new movie in 2022 Studio Series will be going for a while. Maybe they’ll revisit the idea later.

Honestly, I’m surprised that Devcon was even on their radar. If they’ve been considering it now, I’ll bet they’ll take another look at it later.

Catz is another user who has a very creditable past his hints provided clues to a lot of Earthrise not sure if he posted hints during siege.

I haven't been paying attention to everything he could have been creditable since the prime wars trilogy as well.

I don't think he says much of anything about Studio Series ( that's why I'm here ;)

Noticed something about Dino. It looks like his torso is flat. It looks like most of the backpack takes the other half of the torso.

Parts count...is the count of how many parts a figure would require. It's a budget restraint

I feel like parts counts are going down while prices keep going up. I mean they clearly tried to get Dino pushed out despite not being able to license him. Then again, a very hasbro move to simply give up before attempting to make it. They are the same people that somehow thought decepticon leaders didn’t sell and denied us a DOTM megatron...

As much as I'd love an SS Breakaway he didn't appear on screen so I'd say his chances are next to zero...Unless Hasbro does an SS Selects line...

Definitely a great figure, I'm having much more fun with him than I thought I would. He feels heavier than I expected too, and the combined mode looks so much better in person than it does in pictures. Just gonna need to paint the cab white at some point like the KO version:

not to diss @Lockon Prime (he got me into MPM scale setting me back some money)
But leaving me satisfied with my collection this far.

but if you consider the original Firage, he is 1:35 scale.. in that scale there is MPM Prime, deluxe (dotm) sideswipe, Jolt, twins, Studio series arcee triplets and cogman..
original (2007 voyager) Ironhide is also 1:35, as are Crosshairs drift and bumblebee from tlk..
And for the badies.. SS soundwave and dotm Barricade work great.
And in 3p we have Bonecrusher and megatron (dreamfactory) and WJ blackout and Starscream..

    just saying.

Yep! While the double whammy of ashfall and pandemic did hit the place hard things seem to be trying to get back to normal, with the social distancing stuff and the like.

What?? I feel completely dissed by this. Where's that block button??? Lol :D

You're speaking in terms of mixing different toylines together to make the alt modes work together. I know @loof is into that, but I was giving a suggestion on scaling everything within one toyline in bot mode.

I prefer my bots scaling in bot mode, and not in alt mode, since I think they look much cooler in bot mode.

Ah I see.. yes botmode is important to but they would not look that bad together, I always mixed several toylines together to get the best scale possible.
it is impossible to get them in one scale/toyline with partcounts, plastic weight and packaging restrictions... witch are all hastak priorities over accuracy.
