Apparently flame toys shut it down pretty quickly. People are hoping that it'll come back since flame toys (they also go by sentinel) has had their stuff knocked off before though I doubt it since they weren't really as serious about purging kos before as they are now.

 

I think it is still ongoing. If anything, I believe they would do it out of spite to thumb their noses at the Hong Kong-based Flame Toys (China Mainlander pride and all that jazz).

 

other than thoughts and hopes, what leads anyone to believe it's still happening?

I think since Flame Toys go legit and they are driven by their license holder (Hasbro) and funded by Hasbro's lawdogs to after Ko'ers. It was expensive before to go alone but now, they got hasbro big gun to crush any third party KO

Same as the original release, I believe. His dual fusion cannons could be connected to make one long, two-handed blaster cannon.

Looks fake. It's too evenly colored, like someone just applied a single color on an image.

 

Test shots generally are painted very strangely. Guess this one was a straight forward spray painted prototype.

Where was this found? I want it to be real, but I don't want false hope.

I really hope they are going through with it and the QC is good. I swear if it's from the same guys who KO'd Sentinel's Dancouga, this guy should be a real treat for a more reasonable price.
