Yeah, I've used Citadel metallics but I'm assuming he can't get the particular colours he needs.

It's especially silly as they do have filters or at least subcategories elsewhere, like if you click on Transformers on the bar at the top - not anything in the drop down menu - it takes you to a page with all Transformers listed but also links to the same subcategories from the drop down menu.

Hmm I think it depends on how much you like the character. For example I have the Hasbro and Takara versions of that mold of Windblade as well as the Hasbro TR version, Takara RiD Windblade plus the Hasbro Combiner Force varient, Cyberverse Warrior class AND the Iron Factory Windsaber and I still wouldn't turn down the Takara TR version if I can find it sometime  
Regards your question she is a lovely figure if a bit fiddly at times, but as you say she goes for a lot on eBay so ultimately it comes down to how much you like Windblade and if selling her would fund a figure you really really want. And reading that all over I realise I'm really not providing much if any helpful advice   oh well, hope I was helpful in some way at least!

Don't forget that Toys R Us got a Western release of MP21 in that weird red box with it's own numbering and tried to charge £80 for it!

Kinda sad to be replacing CW Sunstreaker but - for all his imperfections - the ER bot is the definitive version for me.

Let's be honest, the CW version was never great. But, as one of my earlier customs, I'm still very fond of it. Proud, even. So, despite being boxed away, he can be my Machination Sunstreaker.

 

Thanks folks! Citadel only does metallics for actual metals and has the gemstones that look metallic enough, but there's other shades I'd need and Citadel doesn't do fluorescents so...
I'll have a look at all of the options.

Kingdom Beast Megs? Hmm, the video review took him from a maybe to a no. I dislike rubber parts on figures [although their longevity is severely underestimated] and he doesn't look like leader class material. Not a bad choice though compared to the 250 quid MP.

Been re-arranging stuff and came to the realization that...woah, where on earth do people put Titan class figures? I only have Scorponok and he spent 5 or so months on the floor. Been moved to the very top of a display case but he can only live there in robot or scorpion mode. If I want Omega or the Ark I'll have to do some very creative thinking or have them permanently in alt-mode.

The 40 quid MPM Jazz from Kapow is tempting as a one-off movie masterpiece [had barricade but sold him]. Any feedback on the figure from folks that have had him for a while?

Vallejo do a lovely box of 8 metallic paints for about £18, i picked one up recently for my new model kits

 

You should, it's been a while since i found a show i got this much fun and enjoyment from that isn't from my childhood. Of all the characters that have been introduced, only one i don't like. Doofus drake. But he's done intentionally that you're not meant to be fond of him (and no one in the show is either!) So i give him a pass.

Either have them in base mode (may have to scrunch it up a little depending on available space) and have people all over it like a diarama. Or in robot mode with people balanced on their shoulders and stuff. Thats how i do it.

Bw megs has a lot of rubber? Maybe I'll have to watch this vid and see. Aint getting him if thats the case. Oh, i hope they arent doing rubber on them all to facimilie skin. That would be horrible.


Picked upa fasttrack from smyths click and collect. So thats season 4 officially finished (unless i get a p/cp to replace my custom but I'm not paying excessive for it). Just got to cancel my pre order for him and rirortchi with saf. Decided didn't need the gold one so save the money.


And here is makeshift done in alt mode. My red is a little funny so not doing the wheels in case it botches it all up. Robot modw picks will come later.

 

Hey folks, I hope you're having a good Sunday. I need to pick your collective 80s toy brains, a childhood toy memory bubbled up that I can't quite identify. Fantasy action figures that had holographic stickers but weren't Visionaries. The whole head and torso had a flat front for the sticker, and I believe that armour clipped across the front. Any ideas?
