I also have two of the TIE Fighter sets from Rogue One, and Vader's TIE Advanced to recreate the Death Star trench run. Poor Biggs will have his X-Wing in flames thanks to Vader. I missed out on Poe Dameron's original black and orange X-Wing along with the blue and gray Resistance version (that color scheme I liked the most). I did pick up Poe's white and orange X-Wing from TROS as I dug the creamsicle color scheme and appreciated the improved engines and S-foils mechanism that Lego used for the 2018 OT X-Wing. I'll have to build that one over the Christmas break or something.
Sounds like you'll have a Lego Star Wars Christmas. Funny you got the one I didn't and I got one you wished you got. The grey and blue really is nice.
I've seen MOCs of Frog Lady and her canister of eggs on YouTube. Seems like a relatively easy one to do. Lego could give us an official minifig of her if they make a set with the giant ice spider and her brood (Lego sure love giant spider builds; Harry Potter, the Hobbit, Spider-Man, etc.). The other character I'd want a minifig of (aside from Moff Gideon) is Cobb Vanth. I've seen custom kitbashes of him floating around YouTube as well along with his pod racer engine speeder.

Price thresholds will likely be different though, UK is £150 or more. I've been able to get the Black Friday GWP easily for probably 5 years now, it's never really that hard - just order around Midnight (9pm PST) on the night before (Friday Nov 20) and you'll be set.
I wish there was a better solution to the X-Wing laser cannon tips. The new versions don't look good. The older radar dish solution is OK. I've seen a few using a Sai that look decent and another using a pauldron.
Yeah same here... The Yoda Lightsaber was the first GWP I have missed on. Heck, I even got the Mario one by ordering something the next morning since when I ordered the NES Classic at 9/midnight.
I just hope they restock the haunted house for VIP weekend. Been wanting to grab that since the early days of COVID...
No mention of the Colosseum? It's LEGO's largest set. I wouldn't personally get it, but detailing looks pretty sweet!
